      I purchased the reading buddy software with the first month for free, then $79 a month after. The website says you can cancel at anytime via email. I have now sent four emails requesting it be canceled. I found the number to call and it is disconnected. After further research I found the business is actually closed. I was never able to use the software. I had to cancel my bank card due to them company not being able to stop charging me. However, they should not be allowing you to purchase the software when the company is closed, nor should they be charging people.

      On November 12, 2022, I ordered a trial subscription to Reading Buddy Software for my son. I was sent an email welcoming me and giving me a link to set up an account. I completed the set up, but I was never sent a username and password to log in to the Reading Buddy software for my son to begin to learn to read better. I sent an email attempting to retrieve the username and password, but I was never responded to. I attempted to call all of the numbers on the website, however, all are disconnected. After several attempts to call, email and then cancel on their website (which has a cancel screen, however, there is no submit button), I wrote an email ending my subscription. According to the website, there are no refunds, however, you can cancel at any time. I let them know that I did not authorize any further charges on my credit card. I was billed for $79 in the month of December without my permission, well after the email that I sent on 11/20 cancelling. I have disputed this charge with my credit card company and they are investigating. I believe this company is praying on the parents of children who really need help to learn to read. I believe this company should be shut down.

      I purchased Reading Buddy Software on 01/26/2022 for my youngest son. It has a monthly fee of $79.00 but the first month was $1. I purchased it and received a confirmation email but was never able to access the program online. I tried to call but the number is out of service so I sent a cancel email through their website. Since that time I have called multiple times, left messages and canceled via their website but I have been charge the $79 every month. I have to dispute it monthly. I just want them to cancel my subscription.

      Two months ago I signed up for an account to use the software. I was never allowed to enter a password *** when I contacted the company all phone numbers listed and the email address has been disconnected. I submitted a cancellation request on the same day (via website). The company is still trying to charge my account two months after I've cancelled service. This is an illegal company and they are stealing money from people.
