On 11/23/2022 owner ******************************* from TCI Design measured my basement for built-in book cases. We discussed that I would be out of town for about 20 days and then around for about ***** days, and then busy again. ****** said that this wouldn't be a problem and that the shelves could be fabricated while I was gone and installed when I returned around Christmas. On 11/27 I signed a bid from *************************** of TCI Design and ************** for the book shelves with the understanding that the price may vary and that the shelves would be installed on my availability when I returned. I paid a Venmo request on for the deposit of $550 from Seclorum Legal and ********************* and ******'s Phone number. I left town for 20 days and on 12/17 notified ****** that I would be in town from 12/18 until 1/7/23. He said this was "plenty of time." On 12/27, I asked for an install date. He responded that they were waiting on some parts, which seemed odd. On 1/2/2023 I reached out again, since it had been almost a week and was still waiting on potential install date. ****** responded that he would reach out to me by phone but did not. On 1/5 ****** wrote to say that he would contact me to orchestrate delivery and assembly, but did not. On 1/12 having not heard from ****** in a week I requested my deposit be returned as my availability window had closed and there still had not even been the attempt on their part to schedule an install. On 1/14, a week after the end of our agreed window, having still not heard from ******, I sent a ***** request to Seclorum for the return of $550 and texted demanding the return of my deposit. ****** replied that he would respond shortly. On 1/16/2023, having not received a response from ************** again pointed out that the shelves had not been installed nor was there even an attempt to schedule an install and that I would need the return my deposit. No attempt has been made at install shelves, and I have not received my deposit.

************************* has never been one of our customers, but was referred as he wanted a service that we do not provide. There are no contracts or "bids" on record for *****.....ever. From what we understand, the referral provided the fabricated shelving, and ***** contacted them right before delivery demanding a change in fabricated material. Due to the massive reductionin cost already provided for Brown, that change could not be accommodated and at that, point ***** demanded a refund. The fabricated material was offered to
Brown multiple times with the understanding that he would pay the difference for that material that was owed less the install cost. To date, this has been confirmed.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Both situations cannot exist. I cannot both have never been a customer ever and them have knowledge of the specific situation. This is more than a referral, and from the text responses submitted it is clear that I was not offered the material multiple times. I was never told what the material was. But the material issue is beside the point. The product was not delivered on time, and no attempt was made to schedule a delivery of the product EVER. But at least they have confirmed they have my deposit.

At the point they were late, and unlikely to deliver, I fabricated an alternative myself, thus the request for a return of my deposit.

However, to show that this is in fact the organization I was dealing with I have included images of their website, showing the email address I received the bid from ******************************************* and a phone number listed. I have also included screenshots of their ******** with the same email address but the phone number have text responses from. I have additionally included one of ******'s other site/"companies" that shows his affiliation with TCI. Seeing as he sent an email from the email address on their website, and messaged me from the number on their ******** page, I find it hard to believe that they are different people and different organizations.

Once again, we have tried to remedy the situation by trying to schedule material drop off. There has been no SPECIFIC execution date.....(once again) We have determined that due to the lack in a desired "Reasonable outcome" that this particular individual is "Seeking Attention" and is doing so by not being willing to resolve.

Lastly, ************************* and *********************************** (****'s "Wife") have explained and displayed their opinions regarding the business matter, and we are in a position to ONCE AGAIN deliver material (that they have been trying to do) or a potential "buy back" may be considered.

This will conclude our correspondence through this platform.
