Subject: Request for Refund for Unfulfilled Premium Subscription Services I am **** ********, a Premium Plus subscriber of SolidRatio Investments since June 15th 2023, paying $175/month. I am writing to report inconsistent service and lack of communication, seeking a refund for the past month. Key Issues: • Live Stream Schedule: Promised live streams on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM and 3:30 PM to 4 PM have been frequently missed or canceled without notice. • Direct Communication: Attempts to discuss these issues directly with Antoine have been redirected to admin staff, with no resolution or direct response received. • Unmet Service Commitments: Despite the high cost, the service promised under the Premium Plus subscription has not been delivered, particularly noted in the past month. Transaction Details: • Subscription Type: Premium Plus • Monthly Fee: $175 • Duration: Over 6 months • Recent Month’s Service: Not provided as promised this past month. I have attempted to resolve this directly and through admin channels on multiple occasions without success. Due to the lack of the promised service and direct communication, I am requesting a refund for the last month’s subscription fee. At SolidRatio Investments, we pride ourselves on our commitment to our subscribers' satisfaction and our ongoing efforts to provide exceptional value within our Stock Options trading community. We understand the importance of the issues raised by Mr. ******** and appreciate the opportunity to address them.
Firstly, we acknowledge Mr. ********' dissatisfaction with the recent inconsistency in our live stream schedule and the challenges he faced in seeking direct communication. It is never our intention to diminish the value our subscribers find in our services, nor to hinder their direct access to leadership for issue resolution. We have taken immediate steps to ensure that our admin staff is fully equipped to handle inquiries more efficiently and to facilitate direct communication when necessary.
Regarding the live stream sessions, our aim is always to deliver substantial value beyond the cost of subscription. While we occasionally adjust our schedule following significant trading successes, we understand the importance of consistent communication about such changes. To this end, we are implementing a more robust notification system to keep our subscribers informed in advance.
I also have to highlight that our trading strategies and educational content have consistently delivered significant returns for our community. In 2023 alone, we generated over $40,000 in profit for our subscribers. While Mr. ******** expressed concerns about one month's service, we offered a full refund for that period as a gesture of goodwill. We were pleased to learn that Mr. ******** preferred to remain part of our community, acknowledging the overall profitability and value of our service.
SolidRatio Investments remains dedicated to providing not only profitable trading insights but also a platform for learning and growth within the stock market. We are committed to improving our service delivery and communication to ensure that all members of our community feel valued and supported.
