    I paid for a consultation for me and my sister to talk to a attorney Instead, we spoke with a pair of legal for 30 minutes. She said that the attorney was busy on the phone she took mine and my sister's information along with social security numbers, and she made me aware that an attorney will call me back and attorney called me a week later and asked me had I spoken with an attorney. I said no I spoke with the pair legal, she said. Well, the attorney should be getting back with you soon. It's been a month now and I haven't heard from an attorney. I called today and they said that someone would be getting back in touch with me..but it has been a month already.

    Customer’s Statement of the Problem:
    I paid for a consultation for me and my sister to talk to a attorney Instead, we spoke with a pair of legal for 30 minutes. She said that the attorney was busy on the phone she took mine and my sister's information along with social security numbers, and she made me aware that an attorney will call me back and attorney called me a week later and asked me had I spoken with an attorney. I said no I spoke with the pair legal, she said. Well, the attorney should be getting back with you soon. It's been a month now and I haven't heard from an attorney.     Paralegals do not handle consultation. I am the managing attorney and spoke with Ms. ******** myself. When we spoke she was with her aunt who verbally confirmed the desired service of a POA. Ms. ******** advised they needed this done so that she could relocate her Aunt from Maryland. I advised Ms. ******** that I could come out the next week to provide the requested service at her Aunt’s nursing home. She never called back to confirm an appointment. Ms. ******** has never spoken with any paralegal in our office. Paralegals are only assigned to active matters. I have detailed notes from my conversation with Ms. ********.

    Following our usual procedure, BBB notified the consumer of your response and requested notification of whether or not a satisfactory resolution had been reached.  Unfortunately, the consumer has not notified our office if they are satisfied. BBB has determined that your company has addressed the issues within the complaint; therefore we have closed this case in our files.
