I scheduled an appointment on 1/10/23 at 10:30 am for full grooming with Mobile Pet grooming which should have included a shampoo, trim, brush, anal gland expression, and nail clip. I also I was informed to pay by credit card. After the groomer Ronald C**** returned my dog, he stated that he didn't have a credit card machine and to pay $110 by **** *** or *****, I felt like I didn't have a choice. My dog only received a shampoo and I was told that he would return to complete the other services. He never returned after numerous calls and promises on January 10, 2023. I called the office, and there was no answer, but my call was returned. After informing them of the situation, I was told the groomer would call and return the next day because he was overbooked. I never received a call or service today, I attempted to dispute the payment with my bank, but I was informed that paying with ***** is the same as cash, The payment was deducted from my checking account. I want a refund and I was scammed for $110.

The groomer Yolanda texted and my dog was ready. I go to the steps, pay the groomer and take my dog inside. This was about 12pm. My dog won't eat or lay on his stomach. Called the groomer and left a message and texted the pictures. Someone called back and said his name was Eli. He was rude and condescending. He said things happen and my dog kept sitting on the clippers. What? So why continue the cut. "Eli" couldn't understand why I was so upset and told me to put neosporin on the area. Now i have to take off work and go to the vet. He simply didn't care.

I was schedule for a grooming appointment for my dog on Saturday between the hours of 130 and 2:30 PM. The services discussed was a groom and to dye my dogs hair on the tail the feet and the ears. I received a call early in the morning from the groomer that her appointments had canceled and she was able to take my dog earlier. It was explained to me by the grooming company that this individual was experienced in dying dogs' hair (Nikki). The mobile groomer arrived, And asked how short I wanted my dog cut. I had sent pictures prior, so the groomer was aware of the dogs appearance. I had informed the mobile groomer prior to beginning that I did not what my dog shaved down completely because of the current weather conditions. Upon returning the dog, I noticed that not only was my dog shaved down completely and not styled as requested, the hair dying that I had paid for looked a complete mess, I had informed the groomer of this as soon as I saw my dog. I was informed that the dye didn't take. I had informed the groomer that I was displeased with the results and inquired why I was not informed of the shave down and the dye job prior to it being done since she was right outside of my home, and she knew I would be displeased with the results. I ended up having to pay $100 for this. I then later noticed that my dog is repeatedly licking at his anus indicating that he has either been cut or irritated in some way during this process. This is the second time that I have had an issue with this groomer. The first time My dog was cut in areas that I was not informed of. I have contacted the company, left text messages, voicemails, sent pictures and explained my grievance to no avail. At this point, I feel filing this complaint will be the only resolution due to paid poor service and my dogs current discomfort and possible injury.
