Robin helped us with the purchase of our home and now has helped us once again with our refinance. She always goes above and beyond to assist us every step of the way. She is so wonderful to work with, always making us feel that we were her priority, and never too busy to answer our questions. She is incredibly friendly, engaging, professional, informative .. guided us through every step of the way. And, achieved us getting to our refinance closing quickly! Within 2 weeks of beginning the refinance process! We really enjoy working with Robin, she’s beyond helpful, reliable, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable! Thank you Robin!Review from Kim H

Robin P***** at Cazle Mortgage offered superb service from the first day that we spoke to the end of our closing. She is very smart, personable, transparent, trustworthy and most importantly, hardworking. I’ve never seen someone who cares so deeply regarding the wellbeing of her clients. Robin managed to keep in frequent communication with me even while losing a loved one in the process. She always returned my calls, emails and texts and made sure that my needs were met. Robin has extensive experience and it’s well evidenced in her approach and style. I highly recommend working with her directly as you will be beyond pleased and happy with the final result. I always have a great experience when working Robin P*****! She is amazing! We have refinanced twice in the past and this was by far the easiest! We closed in under a month and customer service was exceptional all around! Highly Recommend. I like to add, that I live in California and Robin is in Maryland! Always great communication! I have had the most unprofessional experience with Cazle mortgage. I began the process of refinancing my home with them in Nov 2021. It is now March 2022 and my home still has not been refinanced. There has been a lot of miscommunication. My phone calls aren't returned in a timely manner and my emails are ignored. I was working with Vittorio B******* and he dropped the ball by not locking my interest rate before the market increased. He also did not communicate where we were in the process of the loan with me at any point. I was constantly having to call him several times a day just to get any updates. I have now been calling Barry D****** in an attempt to gain clarity on the situation. He has not returned my phone calls either. The homeowners insurance agent called me to tell me that Cazle was not moving forward with the refinance of my home. No one from Cazle even called me to share this information with me. Super unprofessional!

a great experience, and we are truly disappointed when we don't meet expectations. Please know that your situation was an exception. Due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control, the debt-to- income changed after the initial proposal. Because of Federal Guidelines that we do not control, we must remain at a certain debt-to-income ratio in order to be in compliance with all lending practices. As you can see on other reviews, Cazle Mortgage is known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers. It was disappointing that your house did not appraise for the projected value. The lower value did complicate the loan. I apologize that you and Mr. V******* could not agree on any of the proposed options to move forward with the loan. We can't fix the past but you have my personal commitment to improve the way our staff serves every customer. Until then, please accept my sincerest apologies on behalf of everyone on the team.Review from Steven W

Chad K******** with Cazle mortgage Was absolutely incredible to work with during my refinance. He was very honest, easy to get in touch with when I needed communication and most of all was able to do exactly what I needed in a very short period of time. I close on my refinance last Tuesday and because of this I will now be debt-free except for my mortgage. It was honestly life-Changing event and I can't thank Chad and Cazle enoughCazle Mortgage, Inc. Response
