On December 13th 2022 I reached out to a business owner through direct messages on *********. Her username is **************. I sent a message asking about her pricing and she replied within 1 day. We had full conversations 1 on 1 about the details of this costume item (costume LED neon sign, Olympic ring logo). She (Selena ******) was suppose to make and send this item to me before Christmas (December 25,2022). She told me that payment was required to begin production and shipment and that she would send me an invoice through email. The invoice she sent said that she took payment via *******, *****, ***** pay, or *****. So on Dec 13th 2022, I ******* her though her username ****************. The total with shipping and amount of product came to be $450.00 US. And on December 14th is when this transaction went through. the next conversation we had was on December 18th 2022. She told me that she was on track to deliver this product on December 20th and for this item to arrive December 22nd. after this encounter there was no tracking number sent to me nor did she update me at all on this order. I have tried to contact her through email, Direct message, and calling her and she has completely ignored me and the product was never sent to me. It is now February 3rd 2023 and she has still continued to ignore me and block me on social media after all of this. At this point, it has been way to long and I just want my $450.00 back. I have requested to receive this payment from her but she is currently reported from me on *****. She did not try to resolve this with me, and she knows what she did and that I have been trying to contact her. I have been collecting all this information since I ordered this item (December 13th,2022) and have complete evidence of everything.
