Everyday we wonder if we are going to get a paper. It was really good for about 3 weeks and now we either don't get one or it's after 9 or 10 am. We have called and complained so many times but the woman that answers doesn't care. My father has subscribed to this paper for atleast 25 years and he looks forward to reading his paper. We don't understand how the delivery charge went up but we have such problems getting the paper delivered.Review from Raymond S

Same as the previous reviews. I paid for a Wednesday and Sunday subscription on October 27 and have only gotten one paper a day late after I called to complain. I've called six times, was promised a credit (we'll see if that ever happens) and did not get the requested replacement for the last one that was missing (Sunday). Calls to the local office are never answered, nor are the voicemails I leave.Review from Ronald W

I WOULD HAVE GIVEN MINUS STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE.
I am supposed to receive the CC Times on Sundays in my paper box and online during the week. The Times seems to be willing to take my money for the Sunday papers but not to willing to do the deliveries. The delivery is usually late if at all. I have lost count of how many Sundays the paper man has not delivered. My guess in the last three months I probably got it on time maybe 4 or 5 times. Did not receive a paper probably 8 or 9 times and sometimes I get the Sunday paper on Monday or Tuesday. Calling the Times is almost and exercise in futility. You wait and wait on the line then you get someone who barely speaks English. If you wish a supervisor you wait awhile longer and get someone who speaks a little better English. Then they promise to take care of the issue. It may improve for awhile, but then it starts all over. Unfortunately, other that the Baltimore Sun, (part of the same organization) there are no other papers in the area.Review from Maria M

Since the take over and sale of the Times by the Sun, customer service has continued to drop. My paper delivery has been spotty at best but now nonexistent. Emails to both the Times and the Sun go unanswered. I decided this path to see if there was anyone else you might read this and address it, it may be minor to some but I have reading the Times for over 20 years and find the current climate to be unacceptable. I hope others see this and chime in .
