I was contacted by telephone by TS&R Realty, (Michael C. & Brooke G. took over in April 2020 ) on Nov. 8, 2019 that they had a buyer for our timeshare in Mexico. We were sent a contract that, "This purchase and resale agreement shall be for the resale of the "Property (ies)" for the amount of $23,691.00. Final disbursement of funds is guaranteed to take place within 30 -90 days from the "Seller (s)" signing this purchase and resale agreement". TS&R Realty had First American Family Financial & Escrow Services, Zachary A. contact us and explained that this office would be holding all monies in escrow and take care of filing all the necessary documents required or paid by either the buyer or seller. "We further guarantee that you will receive full payment and reimbursement of all associated fees at the time of closing. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our performance or we are unable to close escrow on your sale, you will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid". The last payment I made was July 15, 2020. I thought I filed a complaint with BBB back in 2020 but I'm not sure. I have a ******* Police report, I have filed a consumer report to the FTC, Internet Crime Complaint Center, Consumer Affairs *************, Attorney Generals Office Consumer Protection Division Mediation Unit Baltimore, MD & Attorney General Office in *************. We have lost $21,868.58 from First American Family Financial & Escrow Services from Zachary A. I want to get my money back. Mediation Unit in Baltimore MD weren't successful with resolving my complaint with Zachary Altman. I thought I did file a complaint with BBB within the year. If I am mistaken I was fighting to try to get help from all the above resources and waiting for results. We are senior citizens and this has taken a real hardship on us. Please help us if you can! Thank you
