In December of 2020, BBB initiated an investigation to research these concerns futher.
over the course of the investigation BBB reviewed email chains and recipts from the Microsoft imposter that listed this bsuinesses name and address.
BBB was unable to obtain a written response from the business, addressing the complaint filed.
In April of 2021, BBB posed clarifying questions regarding the business model. Specifically, BBB requested clarification about the business location, ownership, services rendered, method of payment accepted and marketing efforts.
To date, BBB has not received a response to the clarifying questions posed.
Based on these concerns, BBB is unable to verify the legitimacy of this business.
