I received a call saying they were with Master's & Associates Law firm and their client Timely Payday was filing suit against me saying I took a loan with them back in May 2019 for $500. They had my SS number and employer info as well as saying they spoke to my bank about the return payment. I have never heard of this company and checked my April and May 2019 bank statements and I see no deposit into my account showing where I ever received such money. Back in 2020 I file bankruptcy and included any payday loans along with my other creditors when I filed. They are unknown to me. I told him to contact my attorney and he said the loan was not covered under bankruptcy and that I would have to go to a hearing and plead my case. I have ****** and this is the last thing I need to stress out about. What is wrong with these people. I have notified my attorney in hopes they can get this resolved. It seems more and more people come out of the woodwork when your information is leeked out on the internet.

This is fraud. They just literally said to me this exact story but from 2018. Saying I borrowed 700 dollars from that went to my ***** ***** account in 2018. I haven’t had a ***** ***** account since 2011. I said to the lady this sounds like fraud someone borrowed money under my name. She said it’s linked to your social security number so no matter what you’re responsible to pay this. Can you pay at least 200 dollars today so we can stop the legal process. She kept asking for the 200 dollars. She gave me the wrong license number so I said that’s not my license number and she says well I’m not sure if it’s changed since 2018. I said mam your license number is the same no matter how many times you review it. She had my ssn and my work history talking about she was going to have my wages garnished. I said only government people can garnish wages. She said mam how are you gonna take care of this. I said you go ahead and serve me whatever you need to I said this is case I can win in court without a lawyer. And hung up. It’s scary because see the First Lady payed something and they sound very legit. I just know I stopped using my **** ***** account and the fact that she doesn’t know your license number stays the same was crazy. She did have my license number but she was missing 1 number.

On 05/20/2024 at 1:13 pm EST I received a phone call from a "Processor office call center" (************) working for an "attorney" that goes by the name of Dorcy ***** (*************) in an attempt to collect a "debt" for more than $7,000 (including "court fees") for a loan than I don't recall, received, made or spent, Anna ****** (if her name is Anna) from the "Processing office" left me a voicemail threatening me with legal actions if I don't comply (at this point they said a letter was coming in the mail for the 2nd time attempt due to wrong address on the 1st place to begin with...) They knew my cellphone number (unfortunately - public information, good for ****mers) in which I didn't answer, so they reached out to my wife's number secondly / after (another example of public information, good for ****mers) So, I told them I'm pretty sure their documents should arrive in a "Timely" manner if they are legit, I smell professional **** practice here thou, better than the cops.

I keep getting calls said I took a loan out with them. They have my bank info my birthday all correct but my ssn is not right but they said I did it anyway . Send me proof

I was just called stating I had taken a loan out of 900$ a that if I didn’t resolve the issue they we sending my account to the courts a get a judgement put on my credit. They stated I could pay it for a lower amount a needed to call the back in 48 hrs. They stated they tried to reach me. I nvr received a phone call or email. I don’t even know this company nor have I taken out a payday loan. When I asked for more information they couldn’t provide any. They gave old add, last of my SS a last 4 numbers of a possibe old checking account I had. Please help what do I do?!?!?

I received a phone call from a 931 phone number where a woman stated she was calling from the company "Remediation" and that they are a debt collector. She had my past three addresses, name, banking institution, and names of previous lenders. When I requested a debt verification letter, she stated it was illegal to provide that because I had ignored previous communications. She was rude, yelled at me, spoke over me, and threatened me with court action and 7k in fines. I called my lenders directly and the local court office to confirm my accounts were not sold to an outside company and there was no open court case against me. Highly predatory, illegal collection practices, overall scam.

They report me to ******************* that I owed them 400.00 loans and I had a proof of my bank statements back in 2019. I do not owed them money.

A company that says their name is delinquent services says that I received a payday loan from a Timely payday back in 2019 for an old bank account from years ago. They had my last 4 of social. The employer they had was an old employer and the address they had was an old address. This company is a fraud and the delinquent service business does not exist.. I have not did a payday loan with this timely payday and they also gave my husband a call a week prior to harassing me with his information. Can someone stop this company? I see all the other complaints, and I find it funny that they all say that this company claim they had a payday loan in 2019 and old banking account being used. .
