      Paid the business owner "Robert Q." for a clothing item. I was given several different times when the item would ship and did not provide said service. Theft by deception will be the next step. Owner refuse to communicate and resolve.

      Hello-On November 5, 2020 I cashapped fashion designer Robert Queen $172.00 for a custom camo jacket and on November 6, 2020, I sent another CashApp payment of $200 for a floral dress. I was told that both items would ship together within 5-7 business days. I contacted the designer on IG on Nov 10 about the status of my order, he responded via IG stating that my items would ship end of week. I never heard anything else. I reached back out to him on Nov 20 asking about the status of my order. He said the order would ship the following Tuesday on the 23rd. I reached out again on Friday, November 26 to confirm he shipped my order. I haven't heard back from him since. To date, I've received no word about my order. I've messsgdd him twice since but still no response from him. I've read other BBB complaints and it seems that this is a habitual issue with this business. I just want a refund. I didn't see refund in desired resolution hence the reason for selecting "delivery". My preference is refund.

      I purchased a jacket from the seller Robert Queen on 12/11/2019. I was sent an email on 2/11/2020 stating the item will ship within 1-2 days. After a week went by I contacted the seller via instagram and was told due to the pandemic shipment will take a little longer. Time went by and I never received the jacket I paid for or a refund. He kept giving me the run around in regards to deliver. Due to the pandemic and being busy at work, I wasn't able to stay on top of it. I would like a refund and other buyers to be warned about this seller. I see from previous complaints he has a history of charging people but not sending their requested orders.
