I would like this company to reconcile damages caused by their program they ran on my property. The costs in damages created by the attached Cooperative Community Development program and the program participant's illegal acts committed on my property and her creation of on-going safety/security concerns for other guests ( and myself included) has resulted in financial damages and losses. As of today's date, the total cost of damages equals $3,395. Videos and pictures documenting this CCD program participant's violation of guest safety, sanitation, and peace of mind along with documentation and proof of such costs are attached to this email. This CCD program participant's reckless actions have caused the withdrawal and cancellation of 3 ****** reservations. This participant attempted to break into the window of one guest while he was sleeping and attempted to break down the front door of the building (videos and pictures are attached). One reservation was for 1 guest for 78 nights times the nightly rate of $34, and the second was for 2 guests for 7 nights for the nightly rate of $34 (extra guest fee is $7 per night),the third reservation was for 1 guest for 9 nights times the nightly rate of $34 plus 3 reservation cleaning fees of $50 totalling to $3,395. The Executive Director of CCD guaranteed that I would receive the full lump payment for the complete rental term stated in the contract (in the form of a single check) even in the event this CCD program recipient violated the terms and was made to vacate the property before the program term (proof of this promise for a single payment is attached as a Ring security camera video, personal text messages from CCD Executive Director, emails from the social worker). The Executive Director of CCD is currently withholding the greater portion of the payment he promised me. I am now asking CCD to first improve the sanitary hazards this program is creating on my rental business and property and pay me the money it owes me.Customer response

Earlier today, Cooperative Community Development's program participant stole property from my building and vandalized my building. I have attached video and photo evidence. Cooperative Community Development's program participant broke the bedroom dresser and stole the following items from my ****** room.
-Microwave
-Mini Fridge
-Mirror
-4 large pillows
-mattress cover
-bedding sheets
-4 pillow cases
-Bedding comforter
