I used the services provided by James at Nest Pest Control Baltimore on Sunday June 5th 2022 for a mouse problem in my apartment building. On Saturday June 4th, James himself at midnight told me the service would cost me 375$ on the phone. The next day, i.e. the day of service, he said it would be around 525$ since it's a weekend. This was not mentioned on his website. Furthermore, his website until today has a coupon for mice control for 25% off if I ask for it verbally and before 6 pm, which I did. There were no other conditions. I told James that I wanted to use this coupon, and he was surprised it was still up on the website and only gave me the 10% discount for the termite control. I told him it is not fair to falsely advertise a coupon to your customers.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 13, 2022/07/22) */ Client called Nest Services after hours for services to be preformed. Nest Services informed customer that there wound be a charge for after hours services. Client noted that they would like to use our 25%off coupon, at that time nest services informed the client that the coupon 25% off could only be used during regulars business hours. The customer then agree for us to come out to complete the service in which the client paid for the services render.
