      On March 29 my dog was seen at Lucky 3 grooming for nail grooming. I work and my dog attends day care so daycare usually takes him to all appointments during my work shift... My dog is usually difficult to mussel so we have been turned down service before. We have also been at this establishment and service was done fine so we decided to take Tru' my 1 year old terrier mixed breed for a second visit. I was not at the business with Tru' but my daycare provider was. She has Tru' parents so on this day March 29 2023 she took my pup along with her pup to have nails groom. She said her pup was finished but she was wondering why Tru was taking so long so she preceded to the back grooming area and she noticed that Tru looked in distress and assumed he couldn't breathe so she proceeded to ask the groomer to release the item he had around my pup neck because he seemed not to be breathing good. She asked if she could stay in the room and started to rub Tru face to calm him. When she took Tru to her car she noticed his eyes started to pertrude from his eye socket so she immediately came to pick me up and take me to the groomer. Once I arrived I entered and went to the back to find out how my dog was restrain to receive such a injury.. I was informed by the owner that it was a mistake and to take my dog home his eyes would heal. I was very upset about how he brushed my pups injury off. I then asked to see what was the way my pup was handled during service and I was informed from another worker there that my pup was unable to be missed so a thin srip of towel was placed around his neck and pulled he was also placed in between the owner of the business legs and squeezed because he would not calm down.. I amediatly called BCPD and told the owner he suffocated my dog by chocking him with the towel.. I than took my pup to Pet ER at **** ******** ****** *** I was only able to get my pup triage because I can not afford the x ray and both eyes examed and x-ray for his body. .

      I am rejecting this response because:
      The young lady was not allowed in the store while he cuts nails. He clearly states. This is not her first time taking the pups and he always makes everyone stay out the store she went back in the store because she wanted to know what was taking so long for the second pup when she noticed he was having breathing problems.  Her name is ShaQuan ********** number. I ammidiataley took my pup to the ER who advised me to contact lucky dog because my dog needed immediate attention and he was called and advised the same day to call the er. The next day I called er he never called I called him back now this is Saturday and he told me to give it the weekend for my dog to heal and come in Monday he would give me supplies I denied his offer because my pup was badly injured and now shows signs of eyesight failure.. please feel free to contact ShaQuan because she is my pup sitter and the person who took him. My pup now shows signs of his sight being damaged.

      Tru was only trialed at Pet -ER  in Towson MD. I was than told that it was documented and to call Lucky 3 for Tru to receive services that was needed eyes and throat exray and to tell the owner to call the hospital to set up for the owner to pay because he admitted that it was a mistake when I first went to his store after it happened.  When I did call him he said he felt like he should only be responsible for half and I asked him to call the hospital.  My pup has not received any other treatment but what I have been doing for him at home. He shows signs of sight failure now.
