The albuterol inhalers by Lupin keep malfunctioning. The first one I had two years ago got jammed easily. I thought it was a one-off and got another inhaler. But all of the inhalers by Lupin I have had over the past 2 years have had issues - getting jammed, partial doses coming out, metered doses going down incorrectly, and wasting doses trying to fix the jam. I need the inhaler more for exercise and once was left during a 10k race with an inhaler that didn't work and had a bad asthma attack! Even though I had just used that inhaler earlier that day. I now have made sure to check it repeatedly before I run but that wastes medication and money! This Lupin albuterol inhaler is a waste of money and can be dangerous if a person is counting on it working! I asked ******* about this a few times. They said others have mentioned issues. But ******* said this is all they carry unless I can get ********.Initial Complaint

My last three Albuterol sulphate inhalers have quit working with 40 doses left. Cleaned regularly tried running warm water on it to no avail. Makes last week of month tough to get through.Initial Complaint

On July of 2023 I received a prescription for Hydrocodone 10mg 325 of Lupin white tablets to take for pain every 4 to 6 hours. There is no relief from this medication and it makes my legs hurt very bad. I've been taking hydrocodone for years and the formula or ingredients have changed. I've had to go back to the pharmacy and to the doctors office to get a different brand as this one doesn't work like it used to. I have Cancer, I have pain and this needs to be fixed. It seems like it's a placebo pill. I know that I'm not the only one hurting this bad. Please go back to the regular ingredients or stop making these for people in pain.Initial Complaint

Albuterol inhaler. Manufactured by Lupin. Unable to get inhaler to dispense med or not correct amount of med as noted. This.is considered an emergency drug. Suppose to help you breathe. Does not dispense med with plenty of doses still left. Med problem??? Or container problem???? Seen where this is an ongoing problem with this company. Lupin make a sleep medication called Zolpidem Extended release 12.5 mg, under the mark LU E62 (Zolpidem Tartrate Extended-Release 12.5 mg). The pill is blue in color. My complaint is that this pill (or batch) of pills contain little to no active ingredient. To make matters worse Walgreens distribute these pills to consumers. Walgreens rarely sell this brand of zolpidem, normally the pills are labelled 308, dual layer beige and white, supplied by Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Inc. The latter pill contains the correct amount of active ingredient. If anyone else has the same problem, please contact me.Initial Complaint

I filled a Rx for Albuterol inhaler at Costco. The substituted a lupin pharmaceutical inhaler instead of the Teva inhaler same Rx. The Lupin inhaler is inferior had known issues with failure. The Costco pharmacist ran it under hot water claiming it works however as I told him it failed to dispense medication 10 times prior, and I had just filled the Rx on 10/28/22. Today didn't work again only a day after I had told them it doesn't work. I also contacted Lupin waiting to hear from them about this issue. As a senior with an Aetna Medicare D plan, I paid $32 for a malfunctioning inhaler which is supposed to be a rescue inhaler for Asthma. I am a retired anesthesia provider and well versed in medications. This is dangerous for patients who rely upon a medication like Albuterol to treat sudden bronchospasm. I would hope this can be removed as an item to dispense at any pharmacy and especially at Costco pharmacies. And when an inhaler fails a pharmacist should investigate not just offer a temporary quick fix like running the haler under hot water, which the Costco pharmacist did. They should report such failures and suspend filling an Rx with such an inferior product. I will be returning to Costco for a different inhaler, and I have contacted my doctor to ask the Rx to be adjusted to not allow it to be filled with this company's product. The picture I submitted is of the inferior Lupin pharmaceutical inhaler blue and green and the Teva red and white inhaler which was usually filled at Costco. No issues with Teva made in US Lupin made in India.Initial Complaint

NDCXXXXX-XXX-XX albuterol sulfate inhaler aerosol 200 meter inhalation, this is the product, these are what I use for a emergency when my asthma act up, I buy them from Rite aid in fremont Michigan, the holder in which help me take the medicine stop working they stop working at 25 hits left 100 and at other the last 12 month I have every on of these inhaler stop working for me , rite aid pharmacy will not replace them I had to spend more time try to get my inhaler to work yesterday it sent me to the hospital, due to the fact these inhaler stop working and leave me in a life threatening situation, my insurance company will only pay for these ones , and only pay for one a month, this can be a very life threatening situation,Initial Complaint

I was prescribed an antibiotic by my doctor back on February 2 2022. She prescribed me Cefdinir 300 mg for 14 days. On the medicine for suggested use, it says to take with or without food. This medicine destroyed my stomach and intestines since I was on this medication. There are several complaints about this medicine on the BBB site and nobody is doing anything about it. I will make this one attempt to do something and if it doesn't get resolved to my satisfaction, I will make certain to let people know through every social media site available to me.. Linked In, Instagram, Google, the CEO's social media sites, etc. what a despicably irresponsible pharmaceutical organization this is. They are selling poison to people and not giving the right information on how to take it and prevent hellacious side effects. This has been months of torture for me and now, I have to go to a specialist for my destroyed gut!! It is October and my weight is 108 and my normal weight is 130. Still can't eat regular food. I use Albuterol Sulfate inhalation Aerosol on a regular basis.. my Medicare pays for most of it so the money is not the issue...my main concern about these inhalers is when they clog it's usually when you need to use them for an asthma attack...this is dangerous...I now have a backup just in case...this is not right! I got online and there are a ton of complaints about the same thing going on for years....why hasn't something been done about this...???Initial Complaint

I just got the new lupin inhalers! They suck! I have severe ashtma and I feel like I'm dying because these inhalers don't work as good as the pro air! And also they stop working after so many puffs!!!!! I hope this becomes a law suit!
