      I had great tour with bay property management from **** ***** ** was very informative and answered all of my questions he also made the tour and application process very smooth and efficient I will be moving in my new home on 12/01/25 can't wait

      Myself and my fiance with **** ***** to tour one of Bay Management properties. We were welcomed with a smile. I appreciate the fact that he was able to answer any and all questions that we had about the property. There were minor things that we noticed would need to be attended to and he acknowledged as well and assured us that everything would be done prior to move in. Application process was easy and approval time was also quick. Our experience with him was exceptional and we recommend Bay Management to anyone looking for a rental property.

I liked that he always answered all of my questions honestly and thats something I really appreciate. His knowledge and patience made the whole process so much easier and stress-free.       *** Maintenance for our building made impressive progress. Especially ******* is very helpful and focused on solving various issues. I asked for replacement of the stove in my kitchen, and she coordinated the process, from purchase to installation, in a very professional and efficient manner. I have to say this was a pleasant surprise, considering previous experiences with other companies.

      ****** at *** was the best property manager that I have dealt with as a tenant. He is very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Our bathroom door was not closing and we had guests coming over so reached out to ******. I was impressed how quickly ****** was able to get someone to fix the door. Highly recommend!
