      *** being the new property manger that started a couple weeks ago has been phenomenal! I feel like stuff now gets done and I'm don't feel ignored which is how the previous property manger made me feel. I hope *** do their best to keep him as actually puts us tenants concerns 1st which I find rare these days

      Raven with Bay Property Management Group has been wonderful. She is extremely diligent, friendly , and knowledgeable. She was given the management of my home in ************ and came up to speed seamlessly. I would recommend anyone in ********* to work with this company and particularly ***** for any of your Property Management needs. Thank you!

      Horrible. Someone was shot in broad daylight outside my front door, and I requested to move out due to the trauma I experienced. Unfortunately, that came with tons of resistance. I was also scammed out of my security deposit after the inspector and property manager cleared my move-out inspection and indicated no damages were made. I was forced to pay for damages from the previous tenants that I never caused, and they didnt fix them. Upon move-in, the dishwasher, washer, dryer, closet doors, and kitchen faucet were all broken, along with other small items. I shouldnt have to pay for damages I didnt make after being cleared to get my full deposit back.Highly NOT recommended! You may be scammed by them, too!!

      Our Initial experience was great. When ****** company owned our building *** *****, it was cleaned, we could get in contact with them and they were reasonable and fair. The trash was taken care of and even though there were no amenities, it la very convenient and we were treated fairly. Sometime between November and February, *** ***** was sold to BPM, without any notice to the residents. Between this time, they building was not cleaned by anyone. I took it upon myself to clean the halls, steps, elevator and entry hall because I couldn’t take it anymore. I tried reaching out to any of the contacts I had to no avail. I stopped cleaning the building around the end of December. In January I slipped on Ice near the back door because no one had iced. My lawyers have tried to get in contact with BPM and their insurance company to settle the matter. Again, to no avail. It is July and we still haven’t heard back from them. There is a gnat infestation in the building. A neighbor called and complained and he was told that it was a city problem and to take it up with the. Overall this has been a very disappointing experience and I can’t wait to move on Saturday! If I could give 0 stars I would.

      I am a very satisfied repeat customer since October 2018.
      Bay Property Management Group has consistently given me a hassle and headache-free experience as a Landlord.
      ** ******** is my current Property Manager and I would definitely recommend her and Bay Property Management Group!

      One of the worst Property Managers I have dealt with as a renter. The water fees are higher than if you were to pay the water company, the property manager is completely unresponsive when reporting anything, and overall just not a great company. There is currently festering garbage in the hallways because all the trash cans and the trash chute in the building are completely full leading to an infestation of flies and fruit flies, and now I am starting to see roaches. This has been ongoing for over a week going on over 2 weeks now. Completely terrible, and I have tried reaching out through every possible channel.

      **** was great and the move in process was smooth. It did take awhile to find an apt. The only con was waiting for some one to get back to us in the beginning of our apt search. I assume that BPM waits till an apt is ready to be rented before starting communications with potential renters even know the listings are listed on renting sites etc.
