            Thornhill Properties is the Property Manager for Bolton Park Condominiums, where I reside. In addition to extremely slow response times to certain issues, and issues that have been outstanding for months, we were assessed close to $1800 for damage repair to our downstairs neighbor's ceiling from a leak. We asked for substantiation (pictures, time & material, anything!) that we can provide to our insurance company, other than the vague generic description we were provided. 4 months later, we are still waiting for their response, despite several requests.

            The WORST AND SMARY! Problems with them from the start. They began management four months ago, and I’ve been getting harassed and threatened by a family or tenants that were the first they moved in. I keep reporting incidents of all this, and they ignored it and did nothing. I begged and pleaded. Then I discover the man of this family was and employee of the mgmt. company!!! When I finally get a call from the owner/President, he assures me nothing else would happen. He gave me his word. The next day they do something again. I email him saying he gave me his word so what next. The. In the afternoon, I find an email from their lawyer for eviction. To evict ME. I haven’t done anything wrong!! They are the ones that have been doing all this and I have a ton of proof! It makes no sense I am the one getting evicted. It’s totally retaliatory!! Kw so have to get a lawyer to fight this. It’s mind blowing!

            The tenant was issued a 30-day lease termination notice due to a violation of the lease agreement concerning the number of dogs permitted in the apartment. Specifically, the tenant has four dogs, which is more than the lease allows. Additionally, these dogs have been urinating and defecating in the common areas of the building, creating a health hazard for other residents.
            The behavior of the dogs in the common areas is not only a breach of these terms but also poses a risk to the health and well-being of other tenants.
            As a result, the landlord issued a 30-day notice for lease termination, giving the tenant a month to vacate the premises. This action aims to address the lease violation and ensure the common areas are maintained properly for the safety and comfort of all residents.
