these people are wicked and evil , scammers and crooks I gave them my $5000 for a lifetime membership because I wanted to learn about cryptocurrency and after I got on board JEFF ***** was gone and out of the 8 programs they gave me they took 5 away including the crypto part so I paid $5000 for nothing , I called them several times to get a refund but I see they don't want to give me back my money , it's absolutely horrible to take advantage of an elderly man on social security who was just trying to educate himself and trusted this wicked demon company and I can see that they did the same time to many other people as well , God will judge their evil one day for their scams and lies , I'll never trust them again and I'll tell everyone about their evil waysBrownstone Research Response

Brownstone Research under Jeff Brown offered an unlimited subscription to both all current research services plus any future products for $5,400 initial payment. Subsequent years would require maintenance payments of $199. Shortly after joining Jeff Brown was gone and replaced by a new researcher. I feel strongly this was a bait and switch situation and would never have signed up for the service without Jeff Brown's leadership. They refused to reimburse my membership and their rebuttal was that they were still supplying research. It did not matter that Jeff Brown who they used to entice me to purchase was gone.Review from Marilyn H

I have subscribed to many newsletters and I have never found one to be as greedy and repetitive as Brownstone Research. I spend thousands of dollars on groups of newsletters that included the same newsletters as other groups I had ordered. Very dishonest and shady. I'm sincerely sorry to hear of Jeff's illness, but I request that someone look at the charges to my account and reimburse me for many of them. Otherwise I will have to take legal action. Terrible service in trying to reconcile my purchase. The company did NOT fulfill it's obligations in providing the information advertised. I cancelled my current year purchase but was NOT able to get year 1 expense refunded. The company had NO explanation as to what they do related to refunds and could not refund the prior year's cost for a service that did not arrive or published to me. Please be advised that the subscriber purchased the publication on 2/15/2021 for $49 with a yearly auto-renewal fee of $129. This provided him multiple top-notch mid to large-cap tech stock recommendations, updates, content which could be accessed via our website, mobile app, and email.
The initial purchase of $49 in 2021 had a 60-day money-back guarantee. As for the renewal charge of $129.00 which was processed on 8/26/2022, this had a 30-day refund period as stated under the renewal notices we provided via email 30 days, 15 days, 7 days, and 5 days before being charged. Additionally, there are several ways to manage the subscription. The subscriber can call us at **************, email us at ***************************************** or use the MyAccount feature on our website.
Finally, the attempted charge of $129 on 8/26/2023 was for the auto-renewal of the subscriber's Near Future Report subscription. The charge was not successfully processed and we canceled the subscription. We also sent a separate email informing the subscriber of such. I wanted solid businesses with dividends I could invest in. Their customer service representative could not direct me to a newsletter that had this. When I asked for my money back I could not get it. Our membership provides lifetime access to all current and future publications from Brownstone Research. Our members are only responsible for paying the yearly maintenance fee of $199.00.

I was charged a $129.99 charge to my account because I signed up for a newletter a year ago! I did not try and subtractive to anything. Well its only the beginning I notice the website stated they would ship within 48 hours. Its now 3 weeks and still shipping label is being processed. I was going to purchase more. Ive been inundated with junk mail, it doesnt stop. *** emailed his business and told them to stop, begged it to stop. They dont care, thats clearly where they *actually* make their money. Furthermore, we have not sold any of the subscriber's personal information, we only cross-promote our affiliates. The subscriber may also unsubscribe via the emails we sent by clicking the unsubscribe link or via the several ways we provide to manage the subscription.
