So much spam coming from so many different accounts. Tried to call to cancel subscription after a month after realizing it was a scam and refused to offer any kind of reimbursement. Stay away from this company!Review from Gary M

InvestorPlace just put out these two headlines with a day of one another. My interest was in *******. Headline #1: Time to Buy These 3 Stocks That Just Hit a 52-Week Low? Headline #2: Are You Kidding Me? 3 Meme Stocks You Should Have Already Sold..... ******* was in both these. Doesn't matter that two different writers. InvestorsPlace representatives post opposite views..BUY...SELL... One after the other. Can't have much confidence in a company that that rolls the ball and calls red or black. No need to respond. I don't have an account. I simply Open up on that page each day. Well InvestorPlace loses today. Lets hope ********* wins. Go to **** ******* ***' and get a draft on 'me'... Well I gave a couple of reviews about this company, not so good at first. I find the info they give is pretty good. I didn't like their sign up website, I thought a little fishy. I called them for a refund of $250. The young lady said 5 to 10 bz days. Well here it is 4 days later.....and I received my refund. So, they appear to be reputable after all. Read a bunch of articles that were published in the last couple of months and it's evident that they're trying to drive the prices of stocks in one direction favorable to them. The stories dissociate themselves from the actual fundamentals and performance of companies, instead weaving a fairytale that aligns conveniently with their narrative. If you're seeking guidance for investment decisions, it's advisable to avoid their articles. I apologize that are you receiving unwanted emails. Each of our emails has an ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom to allow customers to update their email preferences so that they only receive the emails that they want to. Customers are also able to call or email our customer service team for assistance with updating these preferences.
We find that some customers will unsubscribe from receiving emails and then subsequently sign up to receive future emails from our company. There are also cases where customers have signed up for our content using multiple email addresses or they have email forwarding setup for multiple addresses. When customers unsubscribe from one email address, they will continue to receive future emails to the email addresses that remain subscribed.
I searched for an account based on the information provided and unfortunately, I cannot find an account connected to this email address. If you can reply with the email address that you are receiving InvestorPlace emails at, I would be happy to assist by applying a master opt-out function to ensure that you no longer receive any marketing or free editorial emails from us. You would think that the articles posted by investor place would be unbiased and only report information. Come to find out, these articles bash certain companies every chance they get. Don't waste your time or money with these ppl they do not return 100%of your money no questions asked and you havel hell trying to get reports you want or have paid for this is just a prime example of the tich getting richer from using scare tactics and fear of what is evolving to get even richer I'm still waiting for my report ai master key I will be asking for a refund because I am highly unhappy with them and their service and unethical practices now I have emails galore to delete and possibly shut down my email acctsbecause they bombarded you with unwanted emails and other trash instead of delivering what you pay for i would highly advise fontwaste your time or moneyInvestorPlace Media LLC Response

I apologize that this was the customer’s experience. Based on the contact information provided, I was able to review their account and I believe that having two emails on file may be part of the problem with logging in as we have a @gmail and a @yahoo account for them. According to our records, the @yahoo account was used to login from the date that this customer purchased our product (10/4) until today (10/10) when they canceled. As far as a refund, this customer purchased the Elite/Lifetime level of one of our products for $322.77 on 10/4/2023 and then reached out in the same day to have our team downgrade to the Annual subscription instead. Upon doing so, our customer service agent refunded the difference, so that only the $49 (plus applicable tax) for the annual subscription would have been kept and the rest would have been processed for a refund, which can take 5-7 business days. I also show that they called our customer service team on 10/6 and 10/9 for assistance with logging in and accessing their special reports. Yesterday, one of our agents emailed them the login information and the special report “AI Master Key” that was part of their purchase. Our confirmation emails typically contain login details to help our customers get started as well as any promised reports. I have reviewed this promotion and see that the links to login and the special reports were included in the confirmation email. The customer called our customer service team again today to cancel their annual subscription. The agent that they spoke to has put in a request to refund the remaining amount, which is in line the 90-day money back guarantee that was offered on this promotion. I have also updated their email preferences to stop all marketing and free e-letters to their email, which can take 2-3 days to full stop.
