      The Money Map Press falsely advertised investment publications that exaggerated the profit potential. Their recommendations lost me a substantial amount of money. Their entire portfolio is in the negative. They guaranteed 1000% gains and none of their recommendations have come close to that. When I reached out to them they recommended me to write a testimonial about my experience. They didn't try to resolve my complaints at all.

      Hello,

      Looking through your account, we have already refunded you:

      - $8,500 for Passport Elite
      - $5,000 for 1450 Club on 9/1/22

      And we have attempted to refund you:

      - $1,950 for Extreme Profit Hunters
      - $599 for Microcurrency Trader

      However we were unable to complete this second set of refunds because of a chargeback proceeding you have begun against us through your credit card company. We cannot issue refunds for these purchases until the chargeback proceeding has concluded, which can take 6-8 weeks from the date it is initiated. If your credit card company rules in your favor, the refund will come from them; if not, then we will issue you a refund at that time.

      Beyond these four purchases, there is nothing left on your account with Money Map Press for us to refund. Any further issues with other Agora entities will need to be taken up with them directly.

      These refunds were given to you despite each of your purchases having strict and well-advertised no refund policies. Accordingly, we have banned you from future purchases with us and our affiliates.

      The company has not addressed any of the issues in my complaint. They also made no attempt to resolve the complaint. According to bank statements, I've paid them over $33,000 for their services over the past two years. Those four refunds don't even include half of the services that I purchased from them. I did my research and found that they were using fake testimonials. The names attached to the testimony are completely made up and the claims are extremely exaggerated. The Money Map Press has not acknowledged or given any explanation for the fraudulent activity. They didn't offer any resolution to me, so their response does not satisfy my issue with them.

      It is ridiculous that I have to come back here and make another complaint against MMP - this time for the Angel's & Entrpreneur's network. This subscription has ended up being nothing more than a sales machine for MMP. All they do is send upsell after upselling emails and for expensive subscriptions. In June 2020 I purchased a lifetime subscription for $499. For the first couple months all seemed fine but since then the subscription has been subpar. Certain things were promised each month, never received, etc... It became very salesy and a big disappointment! I tried to reach out to explain and obtain a refund a few times but was blown off. The most recent time was actually earlier today. And I keep getting told the same old MMP answer - sure they will cancel my subscription, but I will not receive a refund! What?! They even send me the terms but guess what, this subscription, just like all the others does NOT provide what the membership sales says it would. There's no real training on how to become an angel investor; the "deep dives" into a startup are about a minute long video stating that this would be a good investment, and the information they do give you can be found by anyone on one of the startup platforms. I would like a full refund of $499 processed back to me asap.

      08/01/22 PURCHASE AUTHORIZED ON 07/30 PSV* Warlocks War XXX-XXXXXXX MD SXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX CARD **** $372.56 I requested a refund before 30 days expired, four times without any action from Money Map Press. A guaranted refund would be issued if I had completed required classes. A response was sent, but 4 or 5 days later, saying I had not completed certain requirements. I noticed I was not given credit for several of the classes that I had completed. I tried to get this cleared up, but a response was sent again saying the same thing, only this time, I was not given any credit for even more classes that I had completed. I tried to clear this up, by seeing if I could access some of the classes; however: none were accessible except one. I tried to contact someone in customer service . She said I would have to prove I had completed the classes. Now this was impossible because the error is on Money Map Press's end. Almost all credit had been erased on their computer. I would like the refund of a month's service of 372.00.

      In January 2021 I purchased a lifetime subscription to Nova-X Report which I did enjoy. In July of this year however that service was discontinued, shut down. I asked for a refund because I was only a member of a lifetime service for a year and a half! They told me no! The only thing they said they could do was transfer me to another service with a lifetime membership, Fast Fortune Club. I said yes at the time, but I really don't care for this service at all, and I would like a refund, $149.00. I thought Money Map Press was a reputable co but now I realize they just want to keep taking my money. I have another lifetime membership thru MMP for another service (Money Map Report only 2 years in) $295 and am requesting a full refund on that as well. I don't want to go thru this again when that service "goes away" and want to cut ties with MMP forever! They really are bad! Total refund - $444.00

      On April 23, 2022 I paid $2,169.24 to PSV*Profit Revolution on my credit card Reference number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. This was to become a lifetime member of this service. I was a monthly member and liked the trades I was getting on the SPX I was getting 1 trade every day. Based on this I became a lifetime member. This month PVV* Profit Revolution started a new service to sell based on the SPX daily trades. They got too greedy to sell the SPX daily trades. What they did is to cut the lifetime members to 2 trades a week, Wed and Thu. This is not what I signed up for I was getting a trade every day and that is what I paid for they switched the service to try and sell a new service to new customers and cutting the service to the lifetime members. This sounds like a bate and switch ploy. I reached out to them and they basically told me too bad.

      I became interested in a product called GUAC. Merchant advertised that all that was needed was $50 and a checking account. Not true. Actual cost of signing up came to $136.74 which I paid with my Bank of America credit card. Full registration required that I pay more money which I greed to do the minimum of $250 and gave my Citicard credit card information. I was shocked to find out that they did not do as agreed and charged my credit card with $2,067 without my permission - so I called right away to find out WHY and the person hung up. I called right back to let them know that I wanted to cancel EVERYTHING. All they said was "fine". I immediately filed a dispute with both Bank of America and Citicard. BofA gave full credit of $136.74 but Citibank is asking for a cancellation number which I don't have. I again called the merchant and they are putting it back to Citibank saying it's their decision. That is the reason for my calling this transaction a FRAUD because Angels and Entrepreneurs did not have my permission to charge $2,067 to my card. If the registration fee was returned the $2,067 should also be refunded.       In 2017, I subscribed to the Nova X Report on a 1-month trial basis. During that month I upgraded the service to a 1-year membership. Then within a few months, I upgraded to a lifetime membership. I believe my total costs for the Nova X Report was around $495 plus $19.99 a year for the last 5 years. I also signed up for a Money Calendar Alert options trading service to receive one options trade each week and then upgraded to Money Calendar Pro to receive 2 options trades each week. I then purchased a lifetime Money Calendar membership. I believe my total cost for the Money Calendar Memberships was $3,000. Plus $195 a year for the last 5 years. It has been a complete disaster, as I've expressed many times over the past 6 years. When the membership began I was supposed to receive 2 options trades each week. None of the guarantees were honored. Guarantees of making double my money, guarantees of being satisfied or my money back, guarantees of getting a trip to Florida to meet Tom, guarantees of a free ticket to a financial conference, et cetera. I expressed this when I called in asking for my money back in 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020. In 2019 I also was only receiving only 1 options trade a week. Then, when Covid broke out I only received 1 or 2 trades a month! I called in and asked if my membership could be traded into a different service such as the cryptocurrency trader. I also asked that same question again in 2021. Now, the Money Calendar service has evolved into the Fast Fortune Club and most of the trades are losers. What I would really appreciate is a refund of $4,000. I haven't made money with the money calendar alerts. In fact, with options trading from the alert suggestions, I'm down over $15,000 when I should be up over $30,000! It'd be very nice if they honored those guarantees and doubled my money. Of course, I know they may not be able to do that. Therefore, I would be happy to receive a full refund of my Money Calendar membership fees.

      I joined Money Map Press joining several programs with promises of profits and option trades. Gunslingers and Hyperdrive I was told could be refunded at any time. I have lost thousands on bad spacs from Gunslingers and Hyperdrive Portfolio just this week alone cost me $5,000 on bad options, Operation Surge strike gives options that are already double what they claim the cost of the contracts should be, therefore unable to place a trade. I see the complaints from others as well. The latest was Trade the Close after 5 days I called for a refund because there have been no bombshell trades and every time, I send email no response and the service on the phone is just a no to everything no refunds no empathy and just blowing thousands on terrible trades. I want a refund for each service. Joined Vwap and found out after a month I wasn't lifetime member, and they are teaching classes outside of the yearly subscriptions and therefore we are denied all the tools to learn the system I have lost 10k on this platform as well called for refund 10 days late and refused. The complaints are all valid I have the same bad experience and want a refund on these services which are backed by falsehoods terrible advice losses on subscriptions and then option and trade losses mounting in just a couple months. I want the services refunded before I lose all my money to bad trading advice. Thank you. I have reached out several times and they in fact not user friendly and they know what they are doing, and people are losing a lot of money.

      I was intrigued by a new approach to the stock market and tried to subscribe to Fast Fortune Club. It turned out that Money Map Press handles subscriptions. I gave them my credit card and other info. As we neared the end of the process it turned out the subscription was digital only. The page noted "International Digital only" and a place to "Uncheck for different address" (from Billing). These clearly imply that physical material will be sent. I was not interested in digital and had 60 days to cancel, so I told them to cancel now. They were supposed to email me a confirmation number, but when I checked my email, it was not there. However, there was added a subscription to Nova-X Report. When I checked with Discover they had the charge for the Fast Fortune Club, but not the other (so it's free:'). Discover says MMP has 15 days to process the refund, after which I will have to file a dispute of the charge. What a headache! I will never again try to subscribe to anything handled by Money Map Press!

      In July 2021, my partner and I purchased a lifetime subscription to Gunslingers Alliance. Later in September 2021, we purchased an additional lifetime trading service, Extreme Profits. In April 2022, we purchased a lifetime subscription to Warlock's World. In total we have paid $8832 plus tax for these services. On May 2, 2022, we contacted customer service and requested to be transferred from the lifetime Gunslingers and Extreme Profits into lifetime Warlock's World and Profit Revolution. Customer service refused our request to transfer our lifetime subscriptions and insisted that the services were non-refundable. When questioned why we could not transfer our subscriptions, the customer service manager admitted that there was no policy prohibiting the transfer but it seemed unfair to him. Furthermore the manager stated that the company no longer wanted to do business with us.
