      On 11/06/2021, I paid $216.66 for the Profit Revolution monthly subscription. Then on 11/11/2021, I paid another $3265.16 for the lifetime membership over the phone. I was guaranteed 100% refund within 30 days. During this period, I wasn't satisfied with the product and their hard-to-reach customer service gave me a headache. So I messaged them to request for a full refund. I never heard from them ever again.

This included our service Fast Fortune Club, which was not purchased separately. We have never had a publication called "Money Map Club" as stated in your complaint. Though several publications have been phased out since you've joined, substantially more have been introduced. You are receiving more total services now as part of Passport Club than you were when you originally purchased the service. There is no guarantee or implicit promise made that every service currently running will run in perpetuity. It is also clearly stated on the order form that Passport Club Elite requires a yearly maintenance fee. For one reason or another, you did not pay this and your subscription was suspended. You filed a previous complaint with the Better Business Bureau in April of 2021 over this issue, and we waived your maintenance fees for the life of your subscription, reinstated your services, and gave you a full $1,950.00 refund for Energy Inner Circle. You explicitly stated in that complaint that "I want the services turned back on and not a full refund," which we were happy to immediately accommodate - while removing the yearly maintenance fee every other customer is paying. Now it is a year later and the complaint is rehashed almost verbatim, except now you want a full refund in addition to the services. You have had full access to your account and the subscriptions contained in your Passport Club Elite membership for over a year now - there is nothing to turn on. Your subscription is fully operational. After four years' use of this service - and using the advice to make stock purchases that "have made me a lot of money," as stated in your complaint last April - we are not able to offer you a full refund. Beyond this, we are not able to offer you a refund of any kind without cancelling your Passport Club Elite membership. You cannot have a refund and maintain access to the services. It appears there is much confusion over what you have purchased, what is contained therein, and what the options are at this point. Take a moment and let us know how you would like to proceed.       I spent a lot of extra money for a "lifetime membership" and now they say they're shutting down. All they offered was a membership in Money Map Press that does nothing but send advertisements to buy more junk. I canceled that membership i had with Money Map separately long ago. Their other cos are Money Morning, and Alternate Wealth Network.

      I purchased a subscription for operation surge strike through money mapp press and i am not happy with the service and requested a refund. The first time i was told they would swap me to another service and I said that was fine. Well less than a week later when i got out of the second trade i had with operation surge strike my trading account was down $1500. So i then called back and asked for a refund and was told that they weren't gonna give me a refund unless in a yr they didn't meet there quota. Before I subscribed to there service i. watched an advertisement video that was very misleading. I was told that i didn't need any experience, didn't need to know anything about trading and you could start with just $2000. Well thats what i did and a week later after the first 2 trades i only had $500 left in my account which isn't enough to trade with so that is why i requested a refund because no service is gonna benefit me if i don't have the money to use it. and i feel i was taken complete advantage of because this was all new to me. And aside from that i was never told i needed to have an approval for level 3 of option trading until after i paid so there was several trades i couldn't even attempt to get in. This company is a multi million dollar company you would think they didn't have to make their money by misleading and taking advantage of people.

      Hi! On May 2021, I bought a membership for Tom G. money hour for a year for $1495. I even upgraded it to a lifetime membership for another $1200, so $2695 total. On February 2022, they discontinued the service and switched me to Warlock's world for a year when I paid a lifetime subscription. I called customer service today and asked why I switched to something I never paid for and he said cause they discontinued the subscription. Since I paid for the year and a lifetime membership, I need to get a refund for the fee and he said no.

      Transaction Date: 01/03/2022 Amount: $2399 Service: Warlock's World Promise by business: Full refund within 30 days of purchase if not satisfied for any reason and completion of training material. Costumer complaint: After completing all training and attending the required workshops I decided the service was not for me. On the 30th day of trying the service (02/02/22) I tried to reach customer service by phone several times. I was unable to reach anyone. Later that same day I sent them a refund request by their own customer service email form. After waiting 7 - 10 days for a response I tried to reach customer service again by phone and by email. I have yet to get a response from this company.

      Money Map Press and related services is a sham! I purchased Money Map Press for $1950 and Alternative Wealth for $49. I am now being charged $10 a month for the Nova Report which I never requested. I called and requested a refund for the entire package and was told I could only switch to another related service. Their 100% money back guarantee is entirely misleading - after going back and looking at the "fine print" it's only if you hold the service for a year! I now see several reviews where customers never received their refund after the year time. I get bombarded with emails from Money Map, Fast Fortune, Kenny Glick, Microcurrency Trader, Money Map Press, Profit Takeover etc. Each service pushes consumers to purchase additional services. They take turns pushing their newsletter and will carpet bomb you several times a week with the same push. This was supposed to be a "user-friendly" service but in order to gain information, the consumer has to read long transcripts to glean any information and/or videos which only lead to a "buy now" if you want the information. I have never been more dissatisfied with a service/business. They guarantee "winning strategies." If you were to look at one of their big portfolios now, there are 33 "winning" recommendations and only 2 are profitable - the rest of their recommendations are in the toilet! They are NOT advertising fairly. Their advertising practices and techniques need to be inspected since this is a major-based US publication! Their customer service really needs revamping, the services has been atrocious in handing my account. They really need to spend more time listening to customers and assisting them, especially when the fault lies in the construction of their own servicing(grouping services) rather than always trying to up-sale customers. Hence, the word customer service, it is terrible at best.

      The complaint is specifically on MMP's 1450 Club service (by Andrew K.) which is falsely advertised. The sales page, https://purchases.*************.com/K14XC50K/, says "the members will have access to them (which refer to the various scanners with total annual retail of $17,988) 24/7 inside 1450 Club member area for no extra charge" (please see the attached screenshot), while members only have the access to one specific scanner. All other scanners are actually made by another vendor and require extra monthly fees for direct access. Andrew K. may share some trades from those other scanners in the trade room at his personal call but then the sharing after the first trading hour are typically delayed by hours and of no use. Thereby, 1450 Club members never get the access to the scanners at the value of total annual retail of $17,988. When reaching out to MMP customer service, the reps refused to recognize the false advertisement and denied refund.

      I paid $3945 to join Angles and Entrepreneurs when I saw an add three people were claiming they have unique start up investments opportunities with 1,000x return. After joining, turns out that they only show you what you can see on major start up crowdfunding platform like Startengine, Wefunder, Seedinvest, Republic, etc. Things were getting more shammy as I was digging more into the service. For example they have a section named "Deep Dive" for recommended start ups and that "deep dive" is literally a less than 'one minute' video of a guy sitting on a sofa at home and self recording the video and just saying I think it's a good investment! $3450 of my payment was for an addon service named Private Deal Flow. This service is Neil Patel Private recommendations which just like the main service is nothing more than what you can find and see on public major start up investing platforms. Later on the number of recommendations reduced and instead of that they are adding new personalities to their network. Each one of them has his own private network -like Neil Patel- and they ask you to pay another hefty price -usually around $5000- to unlock those recommendations. I want a full refund in the among of $3945.
