      I subscribe they ALPHA HEDGE service, first of all the OPTIONS TRADES that where promise did not flow the way promise and I did not understand the inscription and i call for customer service to help couple of time but all to know avail. On 12/21/2023 the transaction was process and unfortunately they could not process the second half of the payment and i call to called the service because it did not meet my expectation. Unfortunately they keep giving me excuses and i that i need to choose another service which the prices i too high for me and i am not interested. They refuse to refund me $945 up till now.       The member subscribed to our Alpha Edge service on 11/21/2023 with a total fee of $1,890 and initiated a payment arrangement to be paid in two installments of $945 each. The first payment was successfully processed on 11/21/2023, while the second payment, scheduled for 12/21/2023, could not be processed due to insufficient funds. Subsequently, the member decided to cancel the subscription.

      Our Palm Beach Alpha Edge subscription terms include a 90-day store credit guarantee, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions provided at the time of purchase. This policy ensures transparency and fairness for all customers and was accepted initially by the subscriber, who agreed to receive the $945 store credit. However, the subscriber later requested a refund to their card instead.

      While we understand his preference for a cash refund, our policy mandates the issuance of store credits to maintain consistency for all customers. We issued a store credit on 02/02/2024 for the $945 payment, in line with our terms.

      We have also provided the subscriber with a detailed catalog of eligible publications to ensure full utilization of their store credit.       In December of 2023, I ordered a subscription to Palm Beach Research newsletter, Crypto Trader, it was a newsletter that would recommend cryptocurrencies to buy with 2 to 4 alerts per month with cryptos expected to increase in significant value within 60 days or less so you buy and then sell for a profit. The whole letter was based on the chief editor's experience, his name is ***** ******. In February Palm Beach Research Group fired ***** ******, because of Security Exchange violations. I asked for a refund and they refused to give it. All of the buy alerts stopped in January there were none in February or March. I hired an attorney and had them send Palm Beach Research Group a letter asking for a refund but Palm Beach Research Group never responded to the letter. I need your help to get my money back. The only reason I ever joined the newsletter was because of ***** ******'s reputation. Now that he is gone I don't want their service.

      I joined Palm Beach and have bought seven subscriptions from them ranging from a few hundred dollars to several a couple of thousand dollars, for Crypto Advice and Buys Sells. I even bought the lifetime package at one point which was around $3500 just by itself. They first of the year they let the crypto guy go, right before the 4 year halving. So not only have I and many others lost money and continue to lose out on money, they have refused to fund my money. And they have refused to pay to set us up with other people such as Weiss and/or Altucher. They are refusing to even refund our money, let alone compensate any of us for the negative financial impact. I would like the full refund I am seeking of $8,000.00 Dollars.

      I have been with ***** since 2017. I was partners initially with **** ***** and paid 50% of those subscriptions at the time. ***** was the best in his field. And we are going from him to someone I never heard of at all. And you think that is sufficient? We should have this replacement free of charge and be compensated for all the turmoil and chaos that has been caused. So I am set up with this unknown new person for $199 a year and you think that is fair? I do not think so.

      On 14/10/23 I paid USD$3000 to Palm Beach Research group to subscribe to an AI cryptocurrency service whereby I would receive multiple buy/sell alerts each month. This was promoted and sold by a company representative ***** ******. I did receive some alerts up until 2024. On 13/2/24 I received an email from Palm Beach research explaining that ***** no longer worked for the company as he had been involved in security fraud. I asked for a subscription refund as I felt I was deceived and was not being delivered the service that I had subscribed to and lost all trust in the company. They have refused a refund and are no longer replying to my emails. I have only had one sell alert since *****’s departure which is outside the terms of this subscription. I seek a full refund based on the fact that this company is acting in a fraudulent manner. I am in Australia.

      On or about March, 2023, I purchased two subscriptions for $49 and $2,102 for stock and crypto information with ***** ****** and Palm Beach Research. I was informed that I could cancel and get a refund. After getting information how to see the subscription, I was not pleased with the information regarding the $2,102 subscription because it did not involve algorithms that had been presented during the video. I canceled both subscriptions and requested a refund. The $49 was refunded but not the $2,102. I received a $2,102 credit. Today on March 22, 2024, I tried to use the credit and learned that the system for ordering was down for the past two months and when I attempted to use the credit today, was unable to and told that I had until 9/17/24 to use the credit or I would lose it. Additionally, ***** ****** and Palm Beach Research have parted ways already. The $2,102 credit has now dwindled to $1.994 due to an alleged renewal of some sort and it appears there is no real desire or intent to refund my money.

      In November of 2023 I responded to an advertisement by ***** ****** at the Palm Beach Research Group and I bought a year long subscription to his newsletter for $52.03. I received an email from the Palm Beach research Group in February 2024 stating that the company and ***** ****** have parted company. The email states, "Palm Beach Research Group had to part ways with ***** ******. ***** violated critically important policies that ensure the research you receive is 100% independent and free of hidden conflicts". The email goes on to say that the Group will continue to provide services without ***** ******. The email states, "Right now, we are working very hard on a plan to ensure as much continuity as possible with the research services you’ve paid for and are receiving" and "Over the course of the next month, we will deliver a concrete plan that provides tremendous value to you. We will go above and beyond to fulfill the commitments Palm Beach Research Group made to you". I have decided that since ***** ****** is the person I wanted to receive information from and he is no longer with the Group, they cannot provide me with the services I have paid for that cover an entire year. I called the Group this morning and asked for a refund due to the fact that ***** ****** is no longer with the Group and he is whom I wanted to receive information from. I was denied a refund even after I informed the employee that I would be filing a complaint. The Group cannot provide me the information source that I paid for so I feel that I am due a full refund of $52 for the undelivered information that I paid for.

They have since fired *****. No replacement and no feedback except for a letter to us over a month ago. They have 0 Crypto currencies in the Trader portfolio and haven't told us anything except a few sell alerts. I'm looking for at least a 50% refund on the Confidential ($1,000) and a full refund ($2,000) on the Crypto Trader program. Not only have they provided anything, they fired the person whom my entire decision was based upon.

      I don't consider it resolved. How can they charge for a service but have absolutely nothing in the portfolio as far as suggested crypto. Just because they don't offer a money back guarantee, don't you think they should at least provide some sort of service. The Crypto Trader subscription has nothing and hasn't had for awhile. Maybe I should start a subscription service and provide nothing. Seems pretty profitable to me.

      On 1/16/24 I watched a promotional video by ***** ****** (Palm Beach Research Group) regarding stock investing. In the presentation he states that there is a 100% money back guarantee several times. The program was expensive but with a money back guarantee I felt I would try it. So, I called the number advertised to place my order but first I asked again is this a money back guarantee if I was not satisfied and was told YES. On 2/14/24 I emailed and called to cancel this program as I didn't get anything out of it and thought it was overpriced and not for me. (utilizing my money back guarantee that was promoted). I spoke with customer service and was told that sorry, this sale was final. I disputed this and was told that she would have to speak with the supervisor and get back to me. Today, 2/16/24 I received an email stating sorry but sale was final. I also received an email that states that Palm Beach Research Group has now parted ways with ***** ******. It is attached to this also. If I need to obtain council I will do so.

      I am rejecting this response because:  ***** ****** in his video presentation clearly stated it was a 100% money back guarantee.  Since Palm Beach Group was being represented by him it is their responsibility to it's clients to ensure what is advertised is true.  It is not the subscriber's fault that he misrepresented them.  This is a clear case of bait and switch.  I would have NEVER purchased this program had I not been told it was a MONEY back guarantee.  As far as them providing the service to its subscribers they state in their response that within the next month (clearly they are not providing what was purchased to date) they would have a concrete plan in place.  
      US consumer protection laws are designed to protect the interest of consumers and promote fair competition by requiring that businesses provide accurate information about their products or services and operate honestly and transparently.  Consumer protection laws effectively deter unethical practices among businesses, fostering a climate of trust within various marketplaces. The balance between ethical conduct and trust fuels economic expansion, as consumers feel confident in their spending decisions. Palm Beach Group failed to represent itself accurately and ***** ****** unfortunately has now put them in a place where they need to back up what he sold to me.

      One of the main laws violated covers False advertising — Advertising that misrepresents the true nature of a product or service either by giving deceptive descriptions, pricing, measures, or quantities or by making false comparisons.
      At this point I again ask that they refund my money.  I do not want or to be forced to file a Consumer Protection Law violation and hire an attorney.  All I am asking for is the $2,000. I spent.  I have not used the service at all.

      Gentlemen:

      When I purchased this publication it was being represented by a gentleman named ***** ******.  In his video presentation which I watched and subscribed from he states there is a 100% money back guarantee.  The Palm Beach Group has since taken that video down due to the fact that they discontinued working with Mr. ****** because of his fraud activity. 

      I do not have the video to show this however I did provide the letter I received from The Palm Beach Group stating that they had parted ways with Mr. ******.   I believe as a consumer I have the right to receive what I paid for and be entitled to what was told to the consumers on the refund policy.  I will attach the letter I received once again.  I also encourage you to go out on the internet and view all the articles about him and the scam he is running.  I fail to believe that I am the only person who was told money back guarantee and then in fine print they change their tune.  I believe this should be covered by The Consumer Protection Laws.

      This Dispute has NOT been resolved.  I would like this re-opened and the BBB to look further into the Palm Beach Group's advertisement video that Palm Beach Group was using to sell their program.  ***** ****** in the video clearly states this program is 100% money back guarantee.  The video has unfortunately been taken down or deleted.  I believe if you request this they should be able to provide that to you.  As I stated before ***** ****** and Palm Beach Group have parted ways due to his unethical deceiving practices.  (letter from Palm Beach Group previously provided). Is it not the responsibility of the company that hired him to vet him out and stand behind what they hired him to promote?   I have already provided the letter from Palm Beach Group stating that they had parted ways and they were trying to figure out how to deliver what was purchased.  To date I have received nothing further.  I believe this situation should be covered by the Consumer Protection Act.

      The firm operated a debit from my account on August 03, 2023. I have never contacted this newsletter-market-information service. I suspect that they have obtained my credit card number from their sister firm, *************, domiciled at the same address. They are part of the ********** ******** research/advise group. I have contacted my bank, B************************** ******* *********** **, for a refund of the amount debited, USD 1,250. They opened a claim procedure (******* *** ***), upon which I responded, but which they closed without refund

      This company has been emailing my elderly father relentlessly, even though he’s Unsubscribed several times. They use scare tactics to make people think their money is going to be taken from them. My father has dementia and is constantly worried that someone is going to take his money. They do not follow spam rules and use outrageous tactics to pray on vulnerable people.
