      I subscribed to Altuchers Investment Network on the 30th April 2022, and paid $49usd. The order confirmation had these details Email Reference ID: ********** Promocode: ******** The subscription offered a refund within 6 months if not happy with the service. Well, I'm not! I have had emails bounced back from the support email address and the customer service email for members. When I was able to log in, I couldn't cancel my subscription in the member section in my manage accounts. For days I kept getting error messages telling me to try again later. Then when I tried to log in again I had to reset my password via an email link, only to get a message saying that I was an invalid user. All this is beyond having to continue dealing with what seams like a scam business, that jus kept sending me more and more emails offering upgrades or other services. This absolutely abysmal. I want a full refund as stated in their order subscription.

      on Jan 21 and jan27th of 2022 I signed up for Altucher's Investment network and altucher's investment network pro, respectively. Network pro was for 2 years! 2 weeks ago I get an email stating that I can get a 2nd year And A Upgrade to Network Pro for 99 dollars! Endless phone calls ....on hold for 45 minutes and then hanging up. Emails that went unanswered. Emails about my inability to access the portfolio section also went unanswered.

      On 7-18-2021 I subscribed to the George Gilder Report, On 12-03-2021 at 1:12pm I spoke with Tony at 877-453-1177 and asked to cancel my subscription, I was told that it would be taken care of and that I would receive an email and a refund. That never happened. I called again on 01-07-2022 at 4:35pm, there was a recording saying that they could not take my call, to call back some other time. I called again today at about 3:00pm and there was a recording saying that their hours were M-F 9-5.

      On or about December 29, 2021, I paid $49 to subscribe to the Altucher's Investment Network in order to educate myself on the changing financial market. The terms stated I could seek a full refund within 6 months if I was not satisfied. I was not. The service was nothing more than scammy emails being sent to my inbox asking for more money for more services. So I decided I wanted to cancel and get my refund. However, when I called the number listed on their website, it stated the number was no longer in service and transferred me to another number. Then upon calling that number, it stated that this new number was changing by February 1st. Needless to say, I felt that this was a BIG scam. When I attempted to email the customer service email address on the website, I received an email bounce back. I do not wish to subscribe to nor be affiliated with this company in any way. I am seeking a full refund and for my personal information to be deleted from the company, as I feel they are scamming consumers.
