      I reserved 10 seats at a certain price & when I got there, Carri Rutkowski, the head of reservations, said she only had 6 of my 10 seats. They would not even look at the many emails I have from her confirming my seats. She is a LIAR & for all the stress cause with my guests from Georgia, I couldn't even get something free! They are con artists at Texas Live & the public needs to be warned. I also want a full refund of my money spent

      The company owns two light luxury apartment and my package worth $508.58 was given by a front desk employee without my permission to usps whereas it was a fedex package and the package is now lost

The complainant has reported that the missing package was located and rerouted to FedEx. The issue has been resolved and the complainant is satisfied.       A security incident that happened 7/9/22 just before 3 AM. I have not heard from security then and it took more than an hour and multiple inquiries for anyone to to check on me/hear what happened. I worry that the safety is slipping at Live. I was playing a slots and had just hit games and knew that it would take a while for those games to play so I went to the machine behind me number 15 08 08. Which I had $.19 in it hoping that I would hit games and play it next while my games to played out. A twentyish guy in a green cap dark gray shirt and green shorts tried to cut me off to the machine. I said "that's my machine" He said, "I have no proof that it's your money." I said "it's not your money." He pushed the cash out button and grabbed the $.19 ticket while pushing me out of the way. I grabbed the ticket while he pushed off against me. The ticket ripped and he said, "Well now nobody gets the money." I responded as he ran away, "it wasn't your money." I stopped a redshirted employee and he pointed to the cameras and said they can see everything and walked on. I pushed my service light and an orange shirted guy came and said he was going to call security when I told him the story. He left and made three more rounds each time I said I have not seen security. He called again and dispatch told him that they would be coming. After 5 or 6 rounds I asked him to watch my machine while I went to the security station. There was no one there. When I got back I asked him to call for a manager which he did but 45 minutes later no manager had showed up and I stopped another orange shirted guy and asked him for a manager. The manager stayed with me until security came. I saw the same guy while I was waiting jogging near the bathrooms, he stopped to check for money/tickets at the ATM/lottery machine. I tried to point him out but no one was near. Security said they would review the tape and ban the guy depending on what they found but no one come back and I have heard nothing

Our Security team attempted to locate **. ******* after further investigating her concerns following the incident mentioned, but were unable to do so without contact information being available. Following this complaint our team was able to resolve this matter with **. *******, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope she will return to Live! Security took a very long time to get back to me about my concerns for feeling unsafe at live casino. They did not come back to me that evening and it took weeks to get a response. They said they did not have my information but they had my players card number which has all of my information so if they had just looked me up they would've been able to reach out to me. Sloppy follow through and disregard for customers but they said they would work on it.
