I spoke with them regarding their shipping method because i needed product in time for a construction project. It turned out the product arrived late, which was not a big deal - it was not their fault, it was USPS. However I did have to return the product. They denied that I ever spoke to someone even after I found my phone record and told them the exact date and time or my call. They also accused me of lying about my reason for returning the product. I'm not sure why they denied any of this and then accused me of lying. It was all very strange. I really had no problem with anything that went on and did not hold them responsible for the late arrival of the product. In the end they charged my about $20 to return the $160 product.

The customer order product with free shipping option. The customer placed the order on Saturday afternoon, Sep 18, 2021. The product was shipped to the customer on the next business day (Monday, Sept 20, 2021). In addition, the shipping service was upgraded from ground service to USPS Priority. USPS delivered the order 5 days after it was shipped - this was a East Coast Maryland 21085 to West Coast Oregon 83455. The shipment was delayed by USPS which is beyond anyones control. One can reasonable assume that if you one wishes to receive a shipment by certain date (especially coast to coast shipment) one should choose a next day express shipping service instead free ground shipping. Yet, the customer elected to choose the cheapest shipping service but expected express delivery. Now, the customer is blaming the seller for 2 day delay with the delivery. As always being cheap does not produce best results even with best intentions.

The customer returned the products and $20 fee was deducted from the full refund to cover credit card processing fees for when the order placed and when the refund was issued and the upgrade of outbound shipping from ground to priority.
