Adler Roofing installed a new roof at my home on 3/9/2017, and I paid $2430.00. I noticed my bedroom ceiling had a wet spot Jan 2022, so I called the company and spoke with the co-owner Kevin ****** to explain the problem. He came out a few days later and stated he could not find where the leak was coming from and he w patch up the area where he thinks it is coming from. Well, I begin to have the same issue Oct 2022 notified the company and the phone constantly ring and I had to leave a mess. It took several days for Kevin ****** to return my call. He came back out to my home a week later and stated he patched up the area again. Once again, my ceiling was leaking for the third time and I notified Kevin ****** on Dec 15, 2022. He showed up to my home on Dec 21, 2022, unannounced and claimed that he would need to strip the area where the leak was coming from but would need to do it on another day since the roof was still damp from a previous rain. Also, he arrived at my home late in the evening when it was getting dark. He promised to come back in two weeks and never did. I called him again and messages and never received a call back. I had to get my ceiling repaired when the leak first happen and did not see a need to keep getting it repaired with the leak constantly happening. I would like to be compensated for a faulty roof, repairing my ceiling, having an item damage from a leaky ceiling, and hiring another company to fix the issue with the roof. It has been nothing but a nightmare dealing with Adler Roofing. The customer service is very poor along with the service. I am not sure why this company is still in business. I never experienced a company that never answer the phone, and force you to leave a voicemail message. I have attached pictures of my ceiling and the item that was damage from the leaky ceiling.
