      I bought some $180 Lacrosse gloves for my son for Christmas. The shipping was $30. The gloves did not fit right so I requested to return gloves,which was approved. I sent the gloves usually the exact procedure they requested. I put tracking on package so I know they have received them,which they received them the 1st week in January. I heard nothing back from them so I emailed them multiple times before finally getting a response back saying they refunded my money. However, they did NOT refund my money. They refunded me $30 for the shipping and handling, but gave me nothing back for the gloves. I have continued and continued to reach out to them via email, which is how they say to contact them for "faster" response time, and they have not bothered to respond since the one and only response they gave me of saying it was refunded. Again, I told them they only gave me money for the shipping and handling, not the gloves, no response. They have a customer service number, 888-789-7894, but you can't get a human to answer the phone. So you leave a voice-mail, which is what they request, saying someone will call you back, but they never do.

      On 8/27/21 I purchased an ice hockey stick from STX's website. When it arrived, it was unfortunately much too short for me to use. I was bummed about this, because I was excited to use their product. When I went to submit a return, I was informed that I had to pay for the return shipping and that I had to provide a tracking number. This was the FIRST TIME I was informed of this policy. It also was extremely expensive ($50!!) amounting to 1/3 of the total price of the item. I asked STX to please cover return shipping and I was consistently ignored. I spent 1 week trying to get someone on the phone. Their response was that since the item was on sale, they would lose money if they paid for shipping. This makes 0 sense, because they'd have to refund me either way, full price or sale price. I asked for clarification, I have been ignored. I can no longer get a hold of anyone from STX. I am not trying to be unreasonable. I am simply trying to return an item and get my money back.
