Mr ********************** came to our house to clean and seal our grout. The workmanship is very poor and while they were here, they caused damage to our home. Which resulted in additional out-of-pocket costs. We have tried to get payment from this business who 1st indicated they would pay for the damage, After many texts and calls still no payment even after multiple assurances they would pay. This company is doing business in other states and we will be following up with the ****************Business response

The customer was refunded on 11/21 according to the email from my credit card processor

I was not refunded per multiple discussions, In fact, I needed to dispute the charge on my Credit Card. In addition, there is an outstanding balance due of ***** which ****** indicated he would be sending us a check. That check has never arrived.Business response
