July 8th 2020 I entered into a agreement with best upholstery to reupholster a sofa and two channel back chairs. Over a number of months payment was made in full with the last payment being made on or around March 17th 2021 I have received delivery of the sofa. I have made numerous calls to the owner Louis to set up delivery of the two chairs, unsuccessfully. Due to illness I have not visited the shop in person.Business response
