      I was sold a vehicle with a messed up transmission, I was lied to about it being replaced and have now been without a car and I have no source of income . Due to the amount of emotional distress this has caused me

      In August of this year, I helped my daughter to purchase a car as the cosigner only to learn that the car dealership put me as the owner and the loan in my name only. I reached out to Buy here Pay here in they told me that in 6 months the car could be put in her name, but after talking to West lake financial they told me it was a lie. I do not have a license nor do I drive is what I have been explaining to both West lake and buy here pay here and neither one has tried to help. I have explained several times that I was only supposed to be the cosigner but they will not try to at least add my daughter to the car as she is the licensed driver and she is also the one who makes the payments to the finance company.

      05/20/33 I purchased used *scalade from this dealership. After taking it home I noticed it was skipping when driving. Called the dealership they advised they looked at and it was nothing. I picked the truck the next day it’s doing the same thing. Called dealership back to tell it’s the transmission. They advised to take to a dealership in ******** **. I did that on June 2nd and took pictures of mileage at the dealership. To date I still don’t have my truck. Had to continuously call and go to the dealer in ******** ** and the ****** ** location to see what’s going on with my truck. My husband was told to stop coming there. But there was no updates regarding the truck and the repair. On June 28th I call the ****** ** location and finally advised where my truck was And the transmission would be there on 6/29/23 Well 6/29 No transmission or *ta of when it will arrive. Not to mention the dvd/cd player does not work and they promised to order that since the beginning of June. It was not inspected at time of purchase.e. Ive been patient and understanding but *nough is *nough. The first payment is done and I had the truck for couple of days since signing for it.

      On 2/24 I purchased a vehicle from this used car dealership, a month later my check engine light came on, I took it to get service, and immediately the light was back on no one could find an issue on why the check engine light was coming on until recently when I took the vehicle in for a recall on the manufacturing end, just to be notified that my transmission cable and engine had been tampered with.
