This business has developed a scheme to maximize profits by way of overlapping contracts with the same product. A black Muslim man scamming community residents trying to support amid financial hardships. This entity has rented me 3 faulty vehicles which have not passed inspection. Most vehicles being rented have issues that will cause customers to get pulled over and ticketed and/or arrested. I have lost over $3000 due to the negligence of this business. The office staff are illiterate and refuse gain the proper education needed for the industry. This is by far the worse rental car company (not all approved motors car dealership). All vehicles are hazardous to your health. Several men showed up with guns (on camera) in order to repossess /tow a car after payment was made. Not only should this dealership be closed, but the owner should be arrested. I still have a payment pending as this complaint is being made. Management refused to talk to me, and kept my personal belongings, in addition to my deposit and payments pending. This situation has caused me to lose a source of income which has left a harsh impact on my familyInitial Complaint

This car company is renting faulty cash rental vehicles to customers. The tags are expired and more than half of the vehicles have major issues. They prey on consumers who are unable to rent through a legitimate business. I rented a vehicle and they informed me that it did shake when driving but it was nothing to worry about / still completely safe to drive. I was told that parts were ordered and I would receive a call when they arrived. I drove away with the promise of repairs being made and it never happened. After 1 week of no update I reached out to the merchant and was told that the parts were still not in house. I made the employee aware that the car was shaking uncontrollably and even cut off on me at a stop light. I told her I no longer felt safe driving the vehicle and I had no wish to continue renting . She had no resolution to the problem except “do your best to return the car to the lot” even after I mentioned the safety concerns of the vehicle. This is a money hungry business that does not care about the well-being of people.Initial Complaint

I brought a use car from All Approved Motors that is located at 4641 Reisterstown Rd. on April 02,2023 and I have not received the title or registration for the car. I was in a accident on April30,2023. called to let them know that I need my tags and registration to give to my insurance company they told me they looking into it. it is Aug. and no one have yet to get in contact with me. I call in June and July asking where is the tags can't no one tell me. I call MVA to see is they register the car that I was buying and it was not. I don't know what to do.Initial Complaint

I have been renting a Cash rental car from this business for approximately four weeks now the first car that I got was an old impala and the only problem that I saw with it was that it was old and tore up and I had a little clicking noise when you started it after just a few days I had a really bad wobble in the tire so I got it checked out and found out that the tire had a bad belt in it so I put the donut on the tire and waited until the office opened for me to call them and informed them of the problem he told me to bring it in the next day that same night while driving on a doughnut I went across some old railroad tracks and the exhaust was hanging down low which I was unaware of any entire exhaust ripped off of the car leaving me stranded for the entire night this man made me drive the car back in that condition to pick up a different car which I did the second car that I received is a 2007 Ford Taurus it has rust it has had tire problems those are minor but last night Car started acting all wonky on me apparently it's an alternator or a battery problem but here's my biggest complaint this business has absolutely no way to contact them in an emergency so I am stranded until tomorrow morning at 10 AM when they open and I will be unable to drive the car back to these people this car should not be rentable at all it is a lemon the first car they rented me is a lemon and to be honest I want a full refund of my deposit and every penny that I have paid to rent this car but it's been basically unsafe to drive and shouldn't be on the road Both of the vehicles that they've rented to me we're complete junk cars that are being illegally put on the road and I want to put a stop to it so the next unsuspecting customer does not end up with a vehicle that causes them an accident or to be stranded in an unsafe area as I have more than one time and I am traumatized and feel like i have been taken advantage of because of my need for a car. Business Response /* (1000, 17, 2022/11/10) */ ***Document Attached*** Customer "Angelina ****" rented vehicle with i3 motors from XX-XX-X-XX throught mid october.As stated in additional terms and conditions (see photo attatched) "All vehicles have to be back every 14 days for inspection/maintenance" Ms. **** does ****** Dash & Uber Eats" as a fulltime job, so she constantly drives day in and day out. with that being said its constant "wear and tear" on our vehicle. she was informed multiple times that she needed to bring the car in for inspection like we do all customers to make sure they are safe on the road. she expressed to us that "Shes losing money" by having to come in for maintenance or when she had to change a tire that blew out while shes out driving day in and day out. Multiple solutions were provided to fix any issue she might have had with her vehicle all for her to stop responding to our phone calls and ended up leaving our vehicle abandoned on the side of a sidewalk in an unknown area for us to pick up. I WAS ADVISE BY THE MECHANIC DURING THE TIME OF GETTING THE CAR, THE VEHICLE HAS A PROBLEM WITH THE BRAKING SYSTEM AND STERRING CONCERN THAT WAS OVER LOOK DURING THE MARYLAND SAFETY INSPECTION AT THE SAME LOCATION . I WAS TOLD BY A WOMAN THE CAR WAS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION DURING THE PROCESS OF GETTING THE CAR TYPE UP IN MY NAME I ASK ABOUT WARRANTY ON CAR I WAS ADVISED IT WOULD RANGE FROM 90 DAYS . IT WAS DEALER WARRANTY EVERYTHING WAS COVERED . I TOLD THE MECHANIC THIS CAR HAS ALOT OF HIGH CONCERNS THAT WAS OVERLOOKED WOULD U BE ABLE TO SHOW ME THE MARYLAND STATE INSPECTION PAPER WORK HE SAID NO. THE LIST OF HIGH CONCERN DAY ONE ARE 1. I wouldn't recommend no one get a vehicle from them I had nothing but issues the day i bought a vehicle from this dealership! Update it's now 1/17 idler pulley & belt tensioner broke mind you they said the sound I was hearing was normal it wasn't it's soo much with this vehicle i easily put in $1000+in repairs plus the egr valve & sum other parts BEWARE spend your hard earned money else where another update I was pulled over this morning January 27th for expired tags I've been complaining for months about them I received 4 or 5 tickets just because of this delay STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKED PPL when the title came in the mail I found out they sold me a salvage vehicle MS antoinette is a complete liar she stated the vehicles are inspected which they are not specifically a salvage vehicle that explains the wait for the tags also the mechanics ( white dude doesn't know much) his Mechanic pass need to be revoked side there half way fix stuff & the new owner is ok with doin bad business they scammed me bad then switched financial services so they won't have to deal with the customers they scammed VERY BAD BUSINESS They will not fix the vehicle nor give me a better negotiating DARRON put me in the truck & didn't say anything bout anything being salvaged paying 6,000 in some change on a salvage that's not worth it HARD EARNED MONEY GONE They charge me 6,000 for a vehicle not worth 1,000
