I took my car to Royal motor for many repairs however I feel as though they sabotage my car so it will fell after many repairs my car should be in great shape but I feel it’s in the worse shape since I owned it and my car has been neglected by the mechanic who is usually rude and don’t listen to the customer first off the work performed usually is rushed or unprofessional I noticed a few parts of my car including the headlights installed but not aligned to the road when I asked hussian to change a bulb he broke the lite fixture holding the light in place so it moves while driving also my exhaust tube on my engine cover was broken the shop never mentioned or informed me the final straw was when I had the shop install a radiator which they clearly broke the shop continued to install the radiator without inspecting it which is a error on there part or they broke during installation and didn’t care just kept installing it anyway also I ordered a starter and hussian overcharge me I was going to order the same part same brand for 190 dollars and he convinced me to let him order the part instead saying it would be 100 different in price will this turned out to be false as the price was 300 dollars more when installing my engine he quoted me at 2000 but end repairing other things besides the engine and claiming the engine need other parts to it to be changed he ended up charging me 3200 he went and did the repairs without even discussing it with me he let out all my Freon and didn’t replace it I had to go to another shop because he claimed his was not working also after installing my engine he didn’t put the cover back on which made codes and the engine lite come on last thing I told him when he worked on my car was to check why the check engine lite was on he did nothing but check engine lite on I believe he gets mad when you don’t buy over price marked up parts from him very unhappy I used the shop many times with over 8000 worth of repairs I am seeking damages for 2250Initial Complaint

I took my car there so that they could repair my car, I told them that the car was running hot they told me it was a radiator problem I get the car back and it's still running hot. I had the car towed back to them and then they say it was the cooling fan I paid them to fix that I get the car back and my car still runs hot. I paid them over $1700 dollars to fix my car and it still runs hot so I call him about a resolution, and he cursed me out. So, at this point I'm out of $1700 and my car still have the same problem it had when I brought it there. I'm looking for some kind of resolution because I'm out of money and I don't have a car I look forward to hearing from you. thanks for taking to consider my request. **** ******* XXX-XXX-XXXXBusiness response
