My basement flooded and after reaching out to several companies I finally was in touch with professional cleaning and rehab group. They responded in a timely manner and got right to work. They stopped the source of water, moved furniture around, and extracted the water quickly. The owner was very professional and involved with the care of my property. I wanna thank this company again for great service.

I was awakened in the middle of the night to sounds of dripping water coming from my master bathroom. I run into the bathroom to see water coming through the ceiling, even coming through exhaust vent. I then ran upstairs to a real mess. It was horrible. Even before reaching the bathroom, the hallway carpet was saturated with water. In the bathroom there was mounds of tissue stuck in toilet and feces and water everywhere. I go to the basement for towels and here again, carpet soaked and water coming from ceiling. At this point I was weak. Overwhelmed with distress, I needed help. I made a few phone calls and finally was in touch with The Professional Cleaning and Rehab Group. These guys are awesome. They responded quickly, assessed for extent of water damage and began to clean up the mess. They even sprayed to get rid of the horrible odor. They removed personal belongings for cleaning and went above and beyond to protect my contents while working. I highly recommend this company. They're truly the best!

When my husband and I had an unexpected pipe burst in our home this company was on the list that our home owners insurance told us to reach out to. They got back to us quickly when we called and came out the next day with all the equipment necessary. This is where the positives end (with exception to how lovely the employees of this company are). After the first day of work it was hard to get in touch with the company on when they would be coming out again. They would either 1) not show up or 2) come at extremely different times than stated. This made it very hard to communicate with other contractors we had in our house. After deciding to not move forward with this company for refinishing our basement (ie new flooring, painting, new bathroom installation) the communication became even worse. After asking at least 5 times for an itemized invoice from the owner we were left with no communication for 2 weeks. Suddenly after no communication, we are contacted on a Sunday letting us know we owe him additional money on top of what we paid with no invoice. After refusing to pay until we had an actual bill we get one sent to us 3 days later that is riddled with over chargers and errors (work done by other contractors or work not even done at this time). The owner stated this was not their fault because "they outsource the billing". After I sifted through the bill it turned out that we had MORE than paid what was required of us and likely even overpaid. I had to go back and forth with the owner MANY times and he asked if we could "close out here" aka just leaving it with the money that we had already paid them. This is not retaliation or defamation as I have screenshots of conversations as well as a recording of a conversation regarding overcharges (legally obtained with approval from the owner)- just a very unhappy customer who is SO HAPPY to be done with having to communicate with this company.
