Only giving 1 stars because i have to , very unprofessional!! Ordered hair never shipped after a few weeks , no replies !! Shop looked abandoned , a fraud !!! Avoid at all cost

Zero stars. Very unprofessional. Kept cancelling and changing appointment and time even though a deposit was placed. Once we arrived the lace front installation was horrible. She was doing her one hair while the glue was drying in my daughter's hair. The lace front came up the next day. Braids under bath the kept were large and could be felt through the wig. Called many times to get it resolved. No response. Do not go to this shop. EVER!!!!

I purchase my hair bundles on September 10, 2021 from Couture Beauty Bar. The owner was having bundles birthday sales on her birthday. On the owner website it stated to allow 7 business day for your order to be processed and they only accept the payment of cash or cash app. I order my hair and I receive an email confirmation that they received my order and I have to sent my payment through cash app with my order number and ill receive an email when my order is ready for pick up. I send my payment through cash app along with my order number. The owner post a screenshot of me and few other customers that she received our payment on cash app. 7 business days went by, still no email. On September 19, 2021 I sent the owner an message on ********* she read my message and never responded back to my message. I went on the owner page to see what were shop business hour and it stated that the shop is open from Tuesday - Saturday 12pm-7pm. I arrive to her shop on September 21, 2021 approx. 4:50pm-5:00pm and I knock on the door no answer. I went back on owner ********* page and made an comment asking her if she could give me the time and days when her shop is open because I am outside standing in front of her store that no one is here and I would like to pick up my bundles. The owner never responded back but she deleted my comment of her page. I immediately call and reported to my bank that I've been scammed. I made sure I screenshot all my evidence. This lady is a scammer and she has tons of bad review. I would like to received my money back.
