Water was getting into our basement through a pipe that we thought was sealed. We started searching through ****** for different companies, we figured we'll get estimates and then go with the one we are comfortable with. Mike, from BWN was the first to arrive. He came into our home took a look at the issue and offered the service his company could provide. Mike was friendly, professional and upfront and honest. We signed with BNW same day and paid a deposit. We didn't get any other estimates. Today Joe from BWN arrived to complete the work. Again, friendly, professional, upfront and honest! As we were talking to Joe he told us he had been with the company for 33 years and there are others there with the same amount of longevity. This speaks tremendously about a company. To me this says the company cares for its employees and the employees care for the company. It's rare that you find a company like this anymore. Mike and Joe both made us feel completely comfortable with the work being done. BWN will be the company we call in the future, if needed and the company we refer to anyone that is looking for water proofers! Keep up the great work. Thank you both For taking such good care of us and our home!
