After ordering a table and chair set on 3/15/21, the manufacturer said plant was shut down and order couldn't be filled until at least September, would know in July. On 2/17/22 I called to ask for refund since the set was still not in. They said they would refund me, however when I went to get the credit, they said they would refund part but they charged me a $150 fee for "storage" of the chairs while they waited for the table. This is unacceptable as the furniture was long overdue. They never fulfilled their obligation of the table and chairs and feel that charging me a fee is ethical. This is poor business practice. I would like my $150 returned.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 12, 2022/03/29) */ The table and chair set was back ordered for a very long time, but the set had shipped and was due in any day when the customer decided she no longer wanted to wait. We explained that there was a fee to cancel, but she wanted to cancel anyway. Not sure where the confusion came in. Our invoices are clearly marked that all orders are non- cancel label after seven days. We did explain to her that we would make an exception and refund her deposit less the shipping costs of the set, and she agreed.
