1 starBUYER BEWARE!!!! Absolutely horrible customer service. I was shopping for a used vehicle and while at the Kia store was approached by a ******* Todd ****** who told me that he was pretty certain that he get me in a new Kia for the $ I wanted to spend, after explaining what my needs were the biggest being towing capabilities I was straight out lied to and sold a vehicle that couldn't do what they said it could. Now I've spent several hundred dollars putting a hitch and some other things on a vehicle that can't do what they said it could do. Prior to figuring this out I was looking at another vehicle with more features when I discovered the first lie, then in an effort to sell me this other vehicle after bringing to their attention that they lied to me and I was very upset about it they told me they would do whatever it took to make the deal which was another lie. When I was at the dealer sign in for another new vehicle they handed me some blank forms when I was in the finance office and I said something to the finance person and all he was worried about was getting out of there to watch the fight he told me he wasn't filling them out that I signed all the other papers so everything would be submitted and he wasn't feeling them out until Monday and it wasn't his problem. This place is full of a bunch of lying people that have no knowledge of the product that they're selling apparently, I thought I could trust that they would do right by me and clearly that was a huge mistake.Review fromMAW W

1 starHad an 11:00 a.m. appointment (they also give ~15 mins grace if you're running late) for a Nissan Murano AWD and got there at 11:16 a.m. for safety concern issues. A rear passenger safety belt and the safety camera for alignment. Checked in, and explained the issue, so far so good until I got to an older portly service tech with grey hair and a grey moustache. For 2 simple issues, he said I would need to leave the vehicle at the repair shop. I said, I always wait, no problem. He said no, it's our lunch break and they're changing the shifts. That just seemed odd to me that it would even factor in. Just deal with it. Anyway, the service tech told me I was late (excuse me, you kidding? I said), and I would need to leave the vehicle with them till they could get around to dealing with it as other customers were in front of me. I said, I'll wait. He said I don't know how long it will take. I said, OK, forget it. Sorry to have interfered with your lunch break. I hope you have a good lunch. So much for SAFETY FIRST!! Anyway, I left, and I canceled. I was told by the service manager an agent would call me back to reschedule. They didn't. I was left infuriated and so let down by Nissan. These guys have damaged the Nissan Corporate Brand and Image. So I did not get it rescheduled. I took my vehicle to a specialist repair technician. Guess how long it took? 20 minutes!!! TWENTY MINUTES!! Jones Nissan of Bel Air, MD - YOU ARE A DISGRACE!! Where's your work ethic? People beware. These guys are a joke.Review fromcandice r

Extremely disappointed with Jones Junction and agree that they are swindlers!! Engine troubles that they could not fully repairs on my truck. Received a verbal quote to the value that was not honored when I went to sell it back and was told the person was not authorized to make that offer even though a sales manager was the one who appraised. I will never buy a car or use Jones ever again as they are look for every angle to screw you!Jones Automotive LLC

2 starsThe worst buying experience. Bought a used 2015 Mercedes C300 and from the very start I had issues. Started with wheelvibration any time I drove over sixty and brake noise. I took back to dealer and they said it needed to have wheels balanced. I did that, but the problem still continued, I took it back. They said the brakes sometimes back noise when they get hot. That made no sense to me, now we have passed the seven day return period. I ask for 70,000 mile inspection that the said was done. Never done! Now they say the issue is with the control arm. I now take to AAA for a second opinion. They all four control arms and breaks need to be replaced. Once again back to Jones. They send my car to a third party repair shop, who only repair left control arm and only replace brake pads. Now my turbo charger has failed. This was supposed to be certified pre owned. This the most dishonest car dealership I ever seen.Review fromErin C

1 starWe bought a 2011 Cadillac SRX about a year ago. When we test drove it, it had the stabiltrak light on. They didn't even know it was on and said it was a sensor not a big deal and would fix it. First week I'm driving, I pull out of a gas station and the suv won't move and a MAC truck is heading at me. I'm pushing the petal to the floor and goin no where! I have my 2 year old in the car. I call Jones and tell them. Also notice my breaks just suck! They check n of course they say nothing is wrong. We have Jones for a lifetime. We've taken it in for all of its MTX. The gears not changing still was an issue so I drove it with care. A lil over the 30 days the stabilitrak light comes on again. We call and tell us it's the other side n we have to pay to fix it. I'm pissed isn't that something that should have been checked during the inspection? We fix it. Which was expensive. And tell them to check the breaks again. And we are told everything is fine. This last time we bring it in for oil change the tech, Lauren says there's a tiny oil leak inside the engine its 1500 to fix. But said if your not keeping it don't fix it cuz it cost so much. If you're keeping it fix it. We plan on trading it in so we said to leave it. She assured us it was really tiny. Now the motor just blew a piston. Jones says Jones for a lifetime doesn't cover anything. Im 7k before its due for an oil change. If the warranty doesnt cover pistons then *** does it cover? And that oil leak that lauren said not to fix the warranty covers that too! We owe 12k on this loan. I want to know how it past inspection with a light on in the first place? And we've only drove a Lil over 20k miles. We're told we need new rotors and break pads Ive only drove 20k miles how can it need all 4 new rotors when I just had it in there and was told they were fine? We were sold a lemon! This suv was traded in cuz it was due for breaks pad, rotors and they also prob knew about the oil leak. I will sue if this does not get fixed!Review fromPriscilla K.

Jones Junction is the biggest swindler I have ever encountered in doing business with. They took advantage of me by charging me $9,000.00 more than the car, 2019 Nissan Maxima, as validated by their wholesaler located across the street. They are discourteous, unprofessional, fo not follow through, sell damaged cars then try to charge the customer an extreme amount to fix it. The free oil change is a bunch of bunk!!! They use cheap oil. Include a car wash sometimes and if it is washed, it looks like they sprayed it with a garden hose and air dryer. Forget about the interior. Whole place, majoryof the employees are just despicable - from sales, to financial services AND management! Forewarning - do not EVEN consider giving them your business to buy a car. You WILL be disappointed and mislead. CROOKS!!!!!Jones Automotive LLC

The response is not what is to be expected to resolve the problem. Jones Junction is still making excuses and not providing the solution to their taking advantage of me regarding the purchase of an overpriced (discreetly and inflated) purchase if an automobile. I am being put off!Jones Automotive LLC

We scheduled an appointment with Ms. ****** to have her 2014 Maxima brought to our service department to diagnose the check engine light. Our service department diagnosed the check engine light and also looked over the vehicle to see if there were any additional concerns. We gave the customer a list of items that Nissan recommends having replaced based on the 115k miles that is on the vehicle now. We had put the customer in a rental car while our service department had the vehicle and kept her updated as the vehicle was being looked over.Review fromRobert G

I have never had a more hideous service in my life. I bought a Toyota Yaris 2020 in 2021. It had 14,000 miles on it. Now it has a little under 20,000. A month ago my car totally stopped while driving on york rd. $736.00 later I pick my car up and ***** said the battery was bad. On a car that is only 2 years old. They did all kinds of work. Told me they rotated my tires because there is unusual ware on them. I see nothing wrong with my tires and they never told me what they were going to do ahead of time. The adjuster said it would be covered. I pay and go home after they said nothing was wrong with the car. As soon as I get it home the steering wheel locks up 3x and won't start. I take it back and they again tell me nothing is wrong with the car. I asked them to replace the pin that was missing in the trunk.4 days later I get a text saying car is done ,I owe $561. The little pin was a part in the trunk and they said it wasn't just a pin. I said I wouldn't know since nobody bothered to okay that price. I never would have gotten it fixed. Manager said I couldn't have my car if I didn't pay. I said take out the part. He ripped the part out of the trunk and broke a piece while doing so. He called me a liar and so on. Never ever go there. I may hire a lawyer because they made me pay $1000.00 for lifetime oil change that they advertise for free and now the orange wrench light is on but there is nothing wrong with car. $22,000 and already all these problems. I hope the car doesn't stop in the middle of driving again. I wonder if they would let their mother drive it,probably would since they don't care at all. The adjuster never took any of my concerns seriously. I'm sure that their comment will be that that did everything possible to help me. Don't believe it. Not true.Jones Automotive LLC

I called to set up a recall for my Hyundai Veracruz. They scheduled me for an initial appointment so they can look and see if they have the parts in stock. That's a couple hours lost trying to get the car there and then driving back home. And then when they schedule it the following week they tell me they have the parts and it would take 4 to 5 hours. I left the car Sunday night and Monday afternoon I called to see what time the car would be done and Carol told me it would be Thursday. I told her I can't wait that long I need the car. She did not offer me any loaner vehicle and apparently didn't care. Maybe because I don't have Jones for a lifetime? But I didn't get any other suggestion then to wait for 4 days. This is very frustrating and I will not be going to Jones anymore and I will tell as many people in my fire department that the service I got there was as bad as it was. I am very sorry about this and wish it was better customer service. Thanks. ***Jones Automotive LLC
