Jones Junction sold me a 2020 Lexus for almost $50,000 with 30, 857 miles on the car. I had the car for 6 months then took it in for service. I was provided with a long list of preventative maintenance that should have been done at 30,000 miles. I contact the dealership and was told that those are preventive maintenance and the car passed the inspection so they are not responsible. This is unfair business practice and should not be tolerated. I am not sure how Jones Toyota in Bel Air has a BBB rating of A+ after scamming so many people. I am reading the stories online and had I saw this before I would not have purchase from them. They need to do all the preventive maintenance that should have been done before they sold me the vehicle since they had the vehicle at 30, 857 miles. I need justice because this is unfair business practice.

The sales Representative provided a list of items that the car needs at 30,000 miles. I bought the car with 30, 748 miles as stated. Why didn't Toyota Jones Junction complete the services before selling me the car rather than telling me that the services needs completing. You sold me a car that cost almosr $50,000 and now I am learning you do not certify Lexus after I was under the impression I was buying a certified car and then you are telling me that the vehicle passed inspection. These items you mentioned are preventive maintenance at 30,000 miles. You should have taken care of that before selling me the car and passing on the cost at over 40,000 miles . I am sorry I did not read the reviews before I did business with you. It was because I was desperate. You sold me a bunch of add ons. Why didn't you suggest those services to yourself before selling me the car and passing on the cost to the consumer. Unfair business practise. Some of the items you suggested, you wrote customer refused service. Do you think money grow on trees? If you put those verbiage on the invoices, it could void my warranties. This is a scheme and unfair business practice. The car was already overpriced. There should be a law for dealership like yours to ensure all preventative maintenance is complete on any vehicle before selling rather than passing the cost on to the consume.
