I was very disappointed with my experience with this business. this was our first pet ever and we were very excited about it. Picked up our new cavapoo when we met him for the first time.
the puppy was 18-20 weeks old and very quickly started showing signs of being neglected and perhaps emotionally abused. He would not recognize a pad although we were told he was pad trained. he would not stop crying and barking when we put him in his crate, he would scream continuously. we had a trainer and an assistant vet come look at him at home for a hefty fee. the evaluation took few hours and we were advised that the puppy is not a good fit for us as he missed out on socialization in a critical period of his life. with broken hearts, we took him to the animal shelter for surrender. We came to know later that he was doing well. there were many red flags like the lack of screening, we never got to meet the parents, etc. As sweet s the puppy was, I do think he was left out there to care for himself, no training at all.Review from Bill S

This company sold my parents, that are 95 and 93 years old with dementia and physical issues, a dog, sight unseen. They just took their credit card payment ($2600) and dropped off the dog. My parents can barely take care of themselves and don't leave the house. When we reached out to them, they said they do not do screening to ensure the animals are going to be properly taken care of. "That's not our business". The company did have my parents sign a form stating they would not get a refund. After we complained, they picked up the dog 1 week after dropping it off. My parents were very saddened and upset but did get a refund. This company is totally irresponsible for the health and livelihood of the animals as well as exploiting the people/elderly they are selling to. This type of business should not be allowed to exist due to their disrespect for animal well being. They obviously are exploiting the animals they sell and the people they sell to strictly for their personal profit. Very disappointing.

The customer described above purchased a puppy online and asked for delivery. There age was unknown!
When delivering the puppy they were very happy and signed care directions clearly. Once notified a week later by the customer that they could not care for the animal it was agreed that the puppy would be returned with a refund. It was picked up free of charge. We were in fact contacted by a family member posting this review and screamed at for false accusations.Customer Response

The point here, Is this company does zero screening for who they sell puppies to. They sell them to people, like my parents for an extreme price, that were not capable of taking care of them selves much less a dog. The dog would have died if it was not for my parents kids intervening. This company abuses animals by not ensuring their customers can properly take care of the animals they sell. We purchased a mini golden doodle in September 2021. She came with Vet papers stating she had her puppy checkups including worming, however she actually had hook worm and giardia in her stool when we took her for her puppy visit to our Vet within a week of purchase. I called and left a message with MPO with no response.
