I took my Lexus LS 460 into service for a axle removal and install on 1/12/23 that morning @730pm i received a call from Leon that they was having issues with the replacement it will be done tomorrow, The next day i go back to Mavis and was informed that a Master tech from delaware (Jud) is coming to remove the axle. he ended up breaking the axle into two pieces and the other part of the axle was stuck inside the upper oil pan. he then ended up Cracking the uppper oil pan damaging it. The next day 1/14/23 i recieved a phone from the Mavis Manager "Lauren ******** telling me no worries the Tech caused damage to my vehicle and they was taking my vehicle to another repair facility. they towed it to Next Generation Mechanics Abingdon to get my car repaired the manager here did a repair estimate with work hours totalling $3600 plus parts. Lauren the manager at Mavis ordered the Lexus Upper pan OEM from toyota/Lexus, once Next Generation did the evaulation on my vehicle they submitted the bill to Lauren Mavis and thats when Regional MANAGER JOHN STEP in and decided the bill was to much and or course he can get it done cheaper, another Master Tech Chris ***** **** ******** **** ********** ** ******.. i was informed from Next Generation that they was planning to take my car out of state to get this job done,, They towed my car 1 hour and 20 minutes away Last month and Chris began the chopping of my engine and has informed me that he couldnt do the job, they kept my car creating more damage as time went and now i am stuck with a excellent well maintained vehicle being experimented on to being in total pieces, ive called the consumer relations so much i know them by there first names, My front bumper and engine has been opened .. valve cover gaskets are off,, water pump is out,, and the Master tech CHRIS PA gave up at the Transfer case because he didnt want to creat more damage. John wants to use My car insurance to pay for the repair that MAVIS CREATED..
