Business Profilefor#1 Nails

I have been going to this nail salon for years and the way I was treated today was terrible. My nails look like they were polished by a child, I explain this to the owner and she decides to argue with me about it I told her to just fix my nails to my liking and I can leave. She attempted to fix them and they still look like crap, I asked her to change the color because she had mentioned to me when u get glitter this always happens and I said well as the professional and saying what you just Said then why waste my time and yours and still polish them if you knew they were going to come out looking like crap. I have gotten my nails done like this many times and it has never come out like this, but that have been at other salons so maybe they just couldn't fulfill what I asked for. As a business that's when you either come up with some type of solution to fix the problem like giving me money back cause I was completely unhappy and unsatisfied with this service or offer me a new color and which the owner told me No or atleast give me a gift card for my nail visit to cover what I got today. I just feel instead of her continuing to argue with me she could have easily fixed my nails, there were options and she just chose to be ignorant about the whole situation. She even told me I can go somewhere else, but she was not giving me my money back.
