It has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I took my car in for repair service after someone smashed my car window, as they are listed as the ***** repair service provider. They have installed a new window for me (which was not done properly I believe). Only one week after I got my car back, the car window was already out of control. It completely fell out of place and was sticking out outside my car when I was on a highway. It was very dangerous as it could have fallen off and hit other cars behind me and gotten people injured or even killed. I took it back to the repair and they told me the regulator was bent (which was totally fine before the first repair). They told me they had fixed it and it would be good. But it only took a week before the window was out of control again!!! I was really disappointed at the quality of service, both in terms of this service provide and ***** as well. I have been using other services before and have NEVER had to take it back multiple times in order to have the work done right. And I don't even want to mention the communication was difficult in this process because I had to call multiple times to get any updates about the repair. I rarely leave bad reviews but this experience is really making me upset. I don't think they have done any of the work properly as requested. I don't trust they are capable of getting the job done correctly. If I had to waste more time on this, I prefer to have a different service provider to get things done right and make sure it's safe on the road.
