HORRIBLE BUSINESS! They did not honor the coupon that THEY sent me, the same day. But most importantly, the customer service is absolutely terrible. I pre-ordered a dress for my sister, who lives in Nebraska. I live in Maryland. BEFORE shipping, I asked them to cancel the order and refund the payments that I had made for the dress and they refused. Several times I tried to contact them without a response. I was the person who paid for the dress, yet they refused to talk to me directly because the dress was shipping to another state. When I asked for credit, they did not respond again. To top it off, they do not have a space where you can give reviews on their website. They just take your money and refuse to give you, the customer, any accomodation.Review from Charlene E

The dress was perfect. The material didn’t feel cheap and it hung very well over all of the right curves. We looked good in those Star bridesmaids dresses!Review from Kamika B

I’m very disappointed in this company. Customer service is the worst ever!! I ordered t shirts for my engagement shoot and 5 minutes later figured out I ordered the the sizes backwards. The company has no customer service number only email which it takes 24 hours for them to get back to you so by time they emailed back they already created a shipping label. They send me an email saying once I received the package to respond to that email to see what my return options are. I email them for my options when I received the product just for them to Email me back to say I can’t exchange them.Review from Jazmyn M

I wish I could give this company zero stars. I ordered the dress "The Brandi Dress" dress and read the reviews, the reviews for the dress did state to up TWO sizes and I did just that. I am a size 8, I ordered a size 12 and the dress fit like a 4. In addition to that, the material is cheap and thin. I would never return the dress because I don't want store credit because I wouldn't dare waste my time/energy or purchasing anything else from them.Review from Angie H

The customer service is terrible. They would t give me information about my shipping. I had to keep asking until I got my answer and they just made the entire process of ordering and exchanging dressed difficult.
