    The DRD group incorrectly and illegally rerouted a kitchen sink drain pipe into my laundry room drain pipe instead of correcting or even notifying me of the root issue. As a result of DRDs faulty work in my home, I have incurred additional damage to my home and ALSO I am unable to use my additional prepaid insurance (homeServe) to correct the original plumbing issue that I called DRD to remedy. I am filing this complaint because :- three independent plumbers have come out to try and resolve the damage caused by the illegal routing have told me in writing that the job DRD group did as "illegal" and not up to any residential coding standard.- instead of water draining slowly from my kitchen sink, (the original reason for my call to DRD), I now have dirty water backing up in my shower and laundry room floor.- the original problem a clogged or maybe collapsed kitchen sink drain was never explained to me by DRD . I reached out to my ******** insurance after the DRD group botched the job BUT because the work the DRD group performed was deemed illegal, my insurance ********* will not cover ANY repairs to fix the original issue that the DRD group refused to tell me about. DRD group has only refunded me $600 of the $830 that I paid them to correct my kitchen sink drain problem. Also now that DRD group has performed illegal work on my drain system I AM UNABLe to use my otherwise VALID water /plumbing insurance to fix the original kitchen sink drain problem which is estimated at $5000.oo to investigate and repair

    This by far the most unprofessional experience I have encountered. This company is used by the Lake Pointe Condominium Association. The company came to assess a water leak but Rodney Pennington (i.e., owner) claimed my doorbell was not working so he left, I asked if he knocked on the door, he stated he did; funny thing is, I was home and did not hear either doorbell both of which work. I noticed a business card propped in my door and assumed this was the person. I called him the next day (Saturday) and after a brief conversation he said he would come out Monday and requested I send him my address and unit number. I sent him what he requested, and asked for a time of arrival for Monday, he never responded. I figured he was still working and would reach out when he had time. I text him again the next day (Sunday) reminding him to let me know what time he was coming out on Monday, again no response. I called him on Monday afternoon, and he stated his person came but no one was home I asked if they rang the doorbell, he said yes but he would send the person back. When they came back, I asked again if they rang the doorbell the person said yes, so I rung both bells in his presence and they worked just fine; nice, loud, and clear. I took the worker to the area of the leak he pointed to the ceiling and said its coming from the top, which is something I’d already knew, then he leaves and says nothing, absolutely nothing, no plan of actions or next steps. I call Rodney he says he’ll call me back with the plan of action and he didn’t. I called again later that afternoon and he says he has been trying to contact my upstairs neighbor but when asked if he needed my neighbors’ number he said yes. I gave him the
