On 8/26/2021 , my wife filed a claim with our Home Warranty Company,**** **** ******** because our air conditioning stopped working. The next business day we got a response from CMR Ventures. An appointment was made for ******* to come out to service our HVAC between 10am - 2pm. Around noon my wife received an email stating that the appointment was completed 11:35 am , Started work at 11:35 am. No technician came to our address at all. I was home and my wife was home. So my advice to anyone reading this this is a dishonest business and if they pulled this on us, they will do it to you.Business response

CMR Ventures LLC does not make it a habit of not going to service calls. In this instance we did go to the address and nobody answered the call box to let us in. At that point there is simply no way to complete the service call or contact the homeowner. ******************* was in fact put back k on the schedule for our soonest appt even though it was not the fault of CMR. This is not true. This is not the first time this has happened with you all. Nobody called us. We were waiting. If you called us on the phone like normal business we could have buzzed you in. But nobody bothered to call. I gave you my contact numberin case of Emergency I gave you a contact number. You have terrible customer service your own office is not even open on the weekend but yet you send out a service contractor who doesn't even have a company's cell phone and who doesn't even have the phone number of the customer that they are about to service. So he lied and said he completed the job when he did not complete the job. We got service from another contractor on the same day through the whole warranty company ***** who had a cell phone number that we could reach an it could reach an office that we could reach and the contractor who came out had our cell phone number And he called us when he arrived to let us know that he was outside[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. Through my home warranty company I was assigned this contractor to look at my a/c unit. I confirmed an appointment time with the co. I received an email with a different time then what was originally told to me but I ensured someone would be home as the contractor never returned my call to clarify the time. The appointment day comes, I call again to clarify no answer. The contractor never shows even though I have an email confirmation. I attempt to contact contractor, no response. My husband left a message, no response. Warranty company made multiple attempts to contact them as well, no response. I missed hours at work, meaning I do not get paid. Tried to call again today, goes right to voicemail despite the hours being Mon-Fri 8-4. Still no working a/c.Business response

Here at CMR Ventures we spoke to ******** **** ******, and the customer in regards to the changed time frame of the first initial appointment. Sometimes emergency calls for customers require time frames to change in a technicians route unexpectedly, and customers are notified. The appointment was missed due to an emergency with the technician who reached out to the customer thru the dispatch program that ******** **** ****** has us here at CMR use, and the tech was unsuccessful in reaching the customer. Our office then received a call from *** stating customer said that "technician never showed", and *** asked our office to reschedule the customer. Our office called the customer twice to reschedule the call, left two voicemails, and we then received a cancellation for the work order for this property.Business response

CMR reached out to the customer on Monday morning Aug 30th, and left two voicemails for the customer to call our office to put them back on the schedule for a return visit. CMR also called directly into the warranty company following those calls letting them know that we were unable to contact the customer after two attempted phone calls that morning. The warranty company then sent CMR a cancellation for this work order Monday afternoon. CMR tried to rectify the situation without any response back from the customer.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:because this business is not taking responsibility for their actions. You did not show up to the job as originally scheduled. I had to call the warranty company multiple times to get your company to come back after your no show, that's the ridiculous screen shot you're trying to show. I requested another company since yours is too pathetic to actually run a real business. Its all documented with *** home warranty. So I'm not understanding why you're trying to lie here. Word of mouth and social media is a wonderful and so are reviews. I'm going to be sure to share all of this. I called you all for days. You didn't return any calls. Keep lying.
