This site offers great prices but obviously the catch is the quality. I order prints that when cropped were cut off further then the allotted space in my preview when ordering. Upon messaging support I was told it was my fault for not allowing trimming room per policy the prints I needed were expedited so I could mail them out. I was issued credits instead of a refund and would have to pay triple to receive new prints in time for what I need.Review from Jaime R

I want to give zero stars! WHat happened to this company who use to value customers? Las year I bought a see through glass frame. The photos came out so light I called and complained... they TALKED TO ME ON TGE PHOBE AND WALKED ME THROUGH IT. This year I wanted a similar item. Picked darker photos, adjusted them to fit, etc. When received myvitem it was horrible! My kids loom like ghosts and it's grainy. I couldn't call so had to type and NOW have been emailing for about 2 weeks. What answers do I get? It's my fault, my photos aren't the highest resolution, one photo was a screenshot.... ARE YOU KIDDING? I am repeating saying the photos are fine its the product and quality of printing. NOWHERE does it state that you should darken your photos even more or suggestions and examples on how to help with this. I am appalled.. lost for words.. and now fighting with paypal and my cc as the don't deserve another dime! Bye- 10 years of a VERY loyal customer!Review from fred l

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! They are 100% fraud. We have dealt with them for 14 years and they have bottomed out. they lie about 2-day fulfillment turn around. they make you pay excessive shipping upgrade charges for next day and 2-day air shipping and never fulfill accordingly. even worse, they no longer have a living, breathing customer service department. there is no phone number posted to get in contact with "customer service," which should be a red flag for any business. the "customer service" email link is worthless. Despite dozens of urgent emails during the month of December 2023 to get answers on why dozens of customer orders have been paid for but NOT FULFILLED, we haven't received the courtesy of at least one response. This has caused our business irreparable harm, not to mention thousands of additional dollars expended on refunds and replacements from other vendors. Also, one of our stores has been kicked off of Etsy because too many of our customers have reported us as being fraudulent for not fulfilling their orders as advertised. We plan to go nuclear legally. PS--they don't deserve one star.Review from Allison S

Ordered product on Dec 4th. Went online to track it. It hadn't shipped yet. Tried chat, the only form of communication. Am advised there was a delay in creation. I request communication from a supervisor. Days later still no response and no way to reach anyone, have requested the item be shipped air at their expense as the item will not arrive on time now as it hasn't shipped. Have not received any communication from them nor has it shipped. No phone support available.Review from Jennifer W

Snapfish takes your money, makes it impossible to get a hold of them, it doesn’t send it on time. December 4, 2023. I ordered multiple sets of some mini magnets for Christmas gifts. I paid $16.99 for expedited shipping. my estimated package delivery date was December 8. By December 13 I haven’t even received a tracking number and it looks like my order is still being processed. There is no way to get a hold of anyone at Snapfish. Only way to do so is some online chat where my queue number started off is 150. There is no phone number, any company that doesn’t provide their phone number clearly is Shady , I would like my money back, and I will definitely never be using Snapfish again really despicableReview from MaryAnn M

I ordered my Christmas Cards early to get them out as usual. The wrong size envelopes were shipped with my cards. After contacting customer service, they said they would reship. They created an order for 20 envelopes instead of 360. I contacted them to correct this, and I week later, I received the wrong envelopes again. Maybe they are just defaulting to #10 envelopes to save cost. Sending out mismatched cards and envelopes is an embarrassment. I requested a refund, so I can order from somewhere else. They said they would get back to me - unacceptable!Review from Karen S

Printify uses a vendor by the name of District Photo. On November 28, 2023, I ordered 2 sample mugs for a total of $19.48 including shipping to Montevallo, AL. This order was to be shown to a customer for potential future sales. District Photo said the samples were produced and shipped on December 3 and provided a tracking number ending with 5220. The bad thing is this tracking number was used for delivery to Louisville, KY on August 26, 2023, three months before my order. I tried in vain to contact District Phone or Printify to resolve this issue. Last night I emailed Printify AGAIN because I am unable to access my account to send an "issue" form, requesting this order be canceled as I was forced to use another vendor at a higher price. I also asked for a refund of my full cost of $19.48. Today, I looked at the UPS tracking number, and guess what? Instead of my order being canceled and refunded, it now shows "Delivery date will be provided as soon as possible", but still shows the delivery address as "Louisville, KY". It would be great if you could contact Printify or District Photo by telephone to resolve issues. But that is something they don't wish to do. You can't even post a DM on X unless you pay a subscription charge. I now have paid for TWO orders at two different companies for the same sample. Both are terrible companies to deal with. Created a project of custom ornaments featuring each of my beloved pets that have passed away over the years. After charging a king's ransom for standard shipping, Snapfish sent absolute garbage (faded and cutoff text, discolored photos). Instead of redoing correctly, their agent instead chose to argue with me over several messages and emails (this company does not have a customer support phone number [for obvious reasons, I now realize!]). The proofs were perfect - some older photos I initially chose were not of appropriate resolution. Snapfish's design tool alerted me, and I chose different pictures. Their representative blamed me for sending poor quality merchandise, claiming one of my pictures was "too dark" (it was a photo of a black dog...not sure how to make that lighter). They ignored the fact that every ornament sent had quality issues. This business should be shut down, after a class action lawsuit bankrupts them. Truly terrible.Review from Jerry N

Purchased some Christmas Cards on Snapfish. I ordered black cards and they came a weak purple color. I ordered rounded corners and they came square. The pictures were so fuzzy you couldn't even tell who the people are. Just a terrible card. There is no phone number to talk to anyone. I used their chat system and had to wait forever for a live person. They issued me a credit but when I went to use the credit and re-ordered they said I owed another $75 for a cheaper card. It was a joke. I don't have any more time to put into this problem so I will try to dispute it on my credit card. I will reorder from another vendor and hopefully have a good experience. What happened to Costco??? Pics showed what I ordered and what I received.Review from Anna H

False advertising on website. Repeatedly show discounts and coupon codes available but they don’t work at check out. Customer services gives a run around about how the codes are expired (the codes fine print says they are not) and the site hasn’t been updated. This issue happened more than once.
