      We signed a contract for tree service May 2220 and still not have had the work done. We gave a deposit of $1,000 and would like it returned if he can not complete rhe work. We have used them in the past and they did outstanding work. It is frustrating that we are given a day he will come but does not show up.

      On March 21, 2022, I gave business owner a check for a $1000 deposit for tree work. A couple of weeks after the HOA permit was approved, business owner said he would like to come May 2nd afternoon and apologized for the delay. On May 2nd around 2:30pm I texted business owner about when he would be coming. No response. I wasted an afternoon waiting for him. Texted business owner around 7pm about when he was coming. He replied that he had one tree and trimming to finish and would do his best to get to me the next day. Didn't hear from business owner for almost two weeks of which was mostly bad weather. May 15th finally got an apology. Thursday May 26th I requested that business owner give me a date for the work or return my $1000 deposit. He replied that he'll be down the block doing some trimming on Monday May 30th and planned to be at my place that afternoon. On Monday May 30th around 1:20pm I texted business owner that I see his truck and I'll be in my backyard waiting. He replied "OK Great. Be there soon as we are finished up". Around 6pm I spoke to business owner and he said he would be at my place around 9:30am the next day, Tuesday May 31st. Well, today is Tuesday May 31st. He didn't show up, hasn't responded to my text, and doesn't answer the phone.

I am semi retired and I only work for my customer base and referrals of my customers of 20 plus years in business. Mr G has been a good friend and customer for many years .I am undergoing several heart surgeries this year and I am only working part time. I do not advertise and rarely take on new work as I am booked till next year . I am a specialist with 2 spider lifts 72 and 92 I do hazardous and dead trees the other tree companies cannot do or for thousands more .many tree companies hire me for trees that are too dangerous for their men to climb that needs specialized aerial equippment like mine . I'm not for everyone .only people that aren't in a hurry that want to save thousands of dollars . I have been seriously ill and my communication through this time has been terrible .I have been overwhelmed and I sincerely apologize for that . I do not fly my lifts in high wind or rain for safety .so weather also plays a big part of timeline for me.also we are a very small crew . My license is 1003 oldest active tree expert license in Worcester. I love my customers ,I love what I do . I am committed to operating safely protecting my customers property and my men. He did show up on Saturday 7/2 around 5pm to pick up his stump grinder and excavator and said he will return on Tuesday 7/5 to do the cleanup. When the cleanup is completed, I'll be a satisfied customer. I raked yard and drive thoroughly at 5 pm . Mr G and neighbor seemed happy with no complaints . I did not have room in truck for debris . I loaded equipment and said I would come Tuesday and collect the two piles . Tuesday afternoon I came and collected both piles and double checked everything . Business owner finally completed the job on July 5th. He has always done outstanding work for me in the past, and this time as well. The problem I had this time was lack of communication. Had I known up front that he was semi-retired, recovering from health issues, and fully booked for the rest of the year, I wouldn't have had the same expectations as I have had of him in the past. The most frustrating issue with business owner was he would give me a time when he was going to do the work but arrive 4-5 hours late. This happened multiple times. On one occasion he didn't show up at all, didn't respond to my texts, and didn't answer the phone. This was very frustrating for me because I planned my time according to when business owner said he would be here to do the work. I wouldn't have minded the delays if business owner had given more realistic times when he would arrive. This added unnecessary stress to my already stressful situation. I am satisfied with his work and wish him well with his health issues.

      I signed a written contract with this company back in the beginning of August to have trees removed on my Berlin, Md. property and the job has not been started. The total job cost was $2500.00 and I sent the owner $1000.00 deposit. I have contacted the owner numerous times by both text messages and phone calls and only received calls back when I asked for refund on my deposit but most of the time the calls and text messages have been unanswered. The times that I talk to the owner, he tells me that he will be there in a day or two or next week and then he never shows up. I scheduled a meeting with him on 10/15/2021 and he told me that he would be there in the afternoon and he never showed up nor never told me that he was not going to be there. I am basically tired of being lied too about the completion of the work that I contracted with him and the resolution that I want is to either have the job completed immediately or a full refund of my deposit.

We were to meet Mr s Friday after noon to start work and we ran late finishing up. The following day Saturday rained on an off throughout the day . My guys and many of their family members tested positive with covid and have been out taking care of their families. We will have this project done within the next 2 weeks or I will return the $1,000 dollar deposit in full no later than Dec 1 .
