I was emailed by Shelly with the offer of bulk items in hand to purchase on 7/20/20. From Shelly's email "before we list these items for immediate sale I wanted to reach out to you to see if you can use any of these pieces. I have them in my hands and they can ship immediately." I purchased and paid for Cruella buttons in bulk, my card was charged $58 on 7/28/20. I have not received these items. I have emailed the company 5 times and used website contact form an unknown amount of times (no way to know due to no automatic email response for contact form) . I last emailed and filled out a contact form on 2/3/22 without response other than automatic reply email. It has been 18 MONTHS and no resolution. I have been told that it would be sent with color discrepancies or a refund. I replied to emails for further details or picture without a return response. I have been more than patient and tried to have a little grace due to pandemic. But this has impacted my business and I have not purchased anything from Shelly's in over a year. I order directly from the supplier (Jesse James) and have not had an issue of receiving items. This is also where Shelly gets her button supplies. I want a refund for $58 for items that were in hand 18 MONTHS ago.
